This was our third stay at this well-appointed, beautifully-situated condo in Harbor Springs. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with all odds and ends we could possibly need. The view was serene, the community was quiet and friendly, and the pool was a real treat. We will be back again, I’m sure!

Wonderful time!

Very clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained including the pool. Nice view. Only a few minutes drive from Harbor Springs and anything you might need including shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful visit to Harbor Springs!

It was wonderful! The views are gorgeous and the floor plan is terrific. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Everything was spotlessly clean and the check in and check out was very easy. I will definitely be back again!!

Peaceful getaway

This was our third time staying in Matt and Jen's condo. It is gorgeous, comfortable, peaceful, and close to wonderful places, including Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands for skiing. It is perfect for our family of four. We hope to return.

Beautiful place and perfect location!

We loved Windward! Gorgeous views from the patio. Harbor Springs is such an awesome town. Great food and friendly people! We come for skiing at Boyne. This place was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’re ready to come back here during the next ski season!

Peaceful Getaway

We completely enjoyed our stay! Beautiful grounds, lovely and spacious condo! Had a family ski vacation and this trip did not disappoint. Had a slight hick-up upon arrival, but Matthew was immediate in his response to resolve. We are anxious to return!

Beautiful getaway

This was the second time we stayed here for a ski trip this winter. It is close to Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands, and we also enjoyed cross-country skiing on the nature trails near the property (steep, though!). The condo is comfortably large, nicely apportioned, and has a gorgeous view of Little Traverse Bay. I can't imagine a nicer place.

Great Location

Matthew and Jen were great hosts —thoughtful, helpful and responsive. Their condo was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Location is close to Mackinaw, Petoskey, Charlevoix and Bay Harbor. We had fun boating, fishing, golfing and spending time with family! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful spot

We stayed here for 5 days of skiing during Covid. It was a lovely retreat- gorgeous view, ample space (kids, 8 and 11, had plenty of room to play), well turned out kitchen, comfortable beds. We had a small problem on arrival, but Matt and Jen took care of it swiftly and efficiently. We will be back next month!

Nothing like Harbor Springs at Christmas—with or without snow. This condo is wonderful with plenty of room and comfy beds too. The kitchen had everything you would need. The absolute best part is the amazing view of the bay! The owners are quick to respond.

Windward Wonder

Our stay at Windward far exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was superb and quality of the condo and furnishings was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary pots and pans and other staples such as coffee, trash bags, etc. The bed in the Master was very comfortable. The unobstructed view of Little Traverse Bay from every room was such a treat!Our proximity to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Tunnel of Trees, Mackinac Island, etc was so convenient. We enjoyed the use of the Pickleball Courts and pristine pool. The excercise room is off limits to renters, but that was not a problem. The grounds of the Windward Property are well cared for and there is a sense of pride of ownership.We cannot wait to come back next year.

Matt's Fantastic Condo

We had our second great stay at the Windward condo. It's a beautiful setting and Matt's condo is just wonderful. It's stocked with everything one needs, always super clean, and nicely appointed. There was a lightening storm the during our first night there that knocked out our water supply, and Matt had it fixed with less than two hours. So he is not only a great host, but very responsive. We'll be back!!

Best View of Little Traverse Bay

The Windward condo is perfectly situated- close to the Harbor Springs Market, downtown Harbor Springs for shopping and restaurants. The first thing you see when waking into the living space is a panoramic view of Little Traverse Bay. It couldn’t be more beautiful. The 3 bedroom condo is very tastefully decorated and was very comfortable. We loved the wine fridge and Roku TV. We’ve been coming to Harbor Springs for years and this is our favorite place to stay. Matt was a terrific host and very responsive to any and all of our questions. We’ll be back for years to come!

Lots of extras (towel, kitchen supplies, hair dryer, garage door opener, grill. Very comfortable beds. Lots of updates. AND THE VIEW!!! Took us a while figure out the Roku and Firestick (missed getting local news—but not a big deal)

Wonderful Condo

We loved this property. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious with a well-appointed and well-stocked kitchen. There were many thoughtful extras, like beach towels, beach gear, games and toys, which was great for my young son, and he loved the cute little children’s bedroom that he stayed in. The view of the lake was spectacular and the community pool was lovely and heated. Only thing to note that wasn’t totally clear in the listing is that it’s a downstairs walkout unit, and you have to actually walk down a set of stairs to access it. Not a big deal for us, but should be noted for the elderly or disabled. Overall, we loved the condo and hope to visit again!

Tremendous view

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. Location was close to golf, food, shopping. The view was a bonus. The owner was easy to reach. We only had one question to which he quickly. Loved our week!
