Centrally located, clean and cozy Harbor Springs retreat! Less than 5 minutes to the Tunnel of Trees and a short walk to charming downtown Harbor Springs. Also a 10-15 minute drive to other local attractions such as the Boyne Highlands/Nubs, Pond Hill Farms and Petoskey.

Our bright and cozy space offers a great location in addition to many amenities to make you feel right at home:
-Enjoy the grill, patio furniture and fire pit
-The kitchen provides spices, coffee, coffee maker, blender, toaster, waffle maker and most cooking essentials for your use

Everything was great! We had no problems finding the house or getting access. The amenities were as stated in VRBO listing. I highly recommend staying here!

Host was very accommodating making sure we were set for visit. Very clean and well appointed for stay.Enjoyed playing cards at large dining room table. Great mattress in primary bedroom.Awesome launching spot for Tunnel of Trees and a visit to Mackinac Island.

A sweet home in a centralized location to everything! Very clean and tidy home. You immediately feel like you are at a cottage. We specifically were looking for a place with room to play games and the dining table was perfect! Bed was comfy. Bathrooms were nice. Communication with host was great! Thank you!

Delightful little cottage

Well equipped. Stayed 5 weeks. Could have had containers for left overs. Plus a book or two. Very comfortable for such a long stay. Thanks for everything.

Great location and great time!

We had a wonderful time on Ann St! Just an easy bike ride or walk down the bluff into town and easy access to areas like Pond Hill and Birchwood Farms too!

Cozy Cottage Near Town

This listing was exactly as described and met our needs very well. We made use of both bedrooms as well as the pull-out futon and all were comfortable for sleeping. Very nice to have bathrooms on both floors. We found all we needed in the kitchen (we didn't cook). The property is very well-located so that it was an easy walk into the town. We had significant snow overnight on the second night of our stay and were impressed with how early and thoroughly the snow was removed from the property so that it was easy to get out the next morning. We would stay here again.

Great stay at Ann St.

Caitlin's place is absolutely perfect for a long week or weekend getaway. The location is close to the ski hills and downtown harbor springs, making it an easy commute. They have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, the beds are super comfortable and the wi-fi is fast if you need to work while you're there. The yard is a great size with a fire pit ( we didn't get to use because of the season, but plan to go back in the summer). The host is also super easy to get ahold of if you need anything or have any questions. Definitely will recommend to friends/family and anyone else looking to stay here :)

Quirky older home

We stayed over the holidays with our 2 adult children. The house is very convenient to Nubs Nob, Boyne Highlands, downtown Harbor Springs, and about 20 minutes to downtown Petoskey. The rates are very reasonable for the amount of space and the communication was terrific. Check-in and out were very easy. We especially appreciated that we didn’t have to do “everything” before we checked out. Other places we have stayed lately required we run the dishwasher, strip the beds, and wash and start drying some of the linens! We did wish the home was a little cleaner. Maybe we have different standards than other reviewers, but we did not feel the place was overly clean. Additionally, the place is old and quirky, but updated. While there is tons of space in the kitchen, several drawers and cupboards do not open and close easily. However, the appliances are great. There are also plenty of kitchen linens, utensils, basics in the pantry and refrigerator. Then fan in the upstairs bathroom was not working when we were there, but the owner was having it fixed after we left. While we did not use because it is winter, the back deck and large fenced in backyard look great. Parking can accommodate 3 cars with 2 in the driveway and one on side of house. Overall, it was fine, especially for the price. We would consider staying again mainly for price and location.

A truly great place to stay!

We booked the day before we wanted to arrive. My inquiry was promptly attended to and communication with our host was always efficient and pleasant. The Ann Street house is conveniently located, clean, very comfortable, thoughtfully and tastefully stocked and decorated. We had everything we needed! Lots of comfort items from beds and bedding to kitchen supplies. Highly recommended!!

Great get-away cottage

This lovely cottage was just right for a birthday-anniversary get-away in Northern Michigan. Cozy, exceptionally clean, and conveniently located. The kitchen was well-stocked and I was envious of the expansive countertop. We have been renting VRBO vacation accommodations in the Harbor Springs & Petoskey area for as long as I can remember and this was by far the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. It is surprising how much that can add to an enjoyable vacation.

Great stay—second year in a row!

Love this place for its amenities (nice patio and kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, board games, fire pit, etc.) and proximity to the grocery store, bike path, tennis courts, and soccer fields—and of course the short walk down the hill to the beach and all that downtown Harbor Springs has to offer!

Cozy, Clean, and Homey

Very clean and charming home, with everything and anything we needed. Wonderful kitchen and and living area. Perfect for family/friends. Great location, walking distance from downtown area and a short drive from Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. Loved it!

Harbor Springs anniversary vacation

My husband and I always take a vacation at the end of September to celebrate our anniversary. Harbor Springs is one of our favorite places to stay, and Caitlin’s lovely house is one of the best places where we’ve stayed during our many trips there over the years. We especially loved the cozy kitchen with its state-of-the-art appliances and beautiful oak table. We would definitely consider staying there again on one of our return visits to Harbor Springs.

Comfortable, great location!

Clean and comfortable cottage style home. Awesome grocery store just two blocks away. 3/4 mile walk to town! Large deck, big kitchen, large fenced yard- we used the fire pit most nights. Easy & safe connection to the Little Traverse Wheelway and tunnel of trees- great for cyclists like us. Close to the fabulous Pond Hill Farm as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Summer cottage

It is a well worn summer cottage - it would have been much nicer if it were cleaner. The backyard is nice and fenced in and would be great for grilling. There's no AC which I didn't need and it was a little noisy in the morning with the windows open and cars driving by.

Gem in Harbor Springs

Great getaway in Harbor Springs! Really charming and comfortable home that was just what we needed for our week stay in HS. Comfortable bedding, well-stocked and equipped home, and if you need anything, the IGA is just around the corner. Loved the location for nice walks to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods! Host has great communication, and was quickly attentive to any needs we had. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Perfect July 4 getaway!

We had a wonderful July 4 stay! The house was really well located with a lovely walk down to downtown Harbor Springs and easy driving from local attractions like Pond Hill Farm. Our 3yo loved playing on the deck and in the backyard. Everything was clean and well maintained, and communication was great. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed this lovely, clean, comfortable, well-equipped house in a great location!

This property was ideal for a two-week sojourn in Harbor Springs—IGA around the corner; short walk down to the beach and town; right on the bikeway; not far from soccer fields and even closer to tennis courts. The house has a nice patio, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen and bathrooms, and all the supplies you could need!

Clean & comfortable home

We had a great time in Harbor Springs! The home was super clean, adorably decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed! We spent a day at Nubs Nob, which was only a 15 minute drive :) Downtown Harbor Springs is so quaint and the bay is beautiful. We definitely could have walked but due to winter weather we drove…It was very convenient and easy. The home is also close to Petoskey. We were able to explore many places easily! We would definitely love to stay again! Thank you Caitlin!
