About Above the Dunes

This 7 bedroom/6 bathroom home is ideal for large families and groups of friends looking for a one-of-a-kind place to stay. The covered patio under the home features a private pool for guests, a putt-putt, plenty of deck space with an outdoor dining table and beach chairs, and a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand after spending the day beachcombing and sunbathing.

The first floor of this beach abode, which is located on the second level, features an open layout with a sunny living room with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV with cable and streaming. The gorgeous open kitchen is well-equipped to help you fix delicious homemade meals and beach snacks for the crew. It has bar seating for five and there is an adjoining dining table for 10 people. This level also features a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a spacious Gulf-facing balcony.

The second floor features two beachfront bedrooms with an en suite bathroom and a balcony each, a large bunk bedroom, a small bunk bedroom, a bathroom in the hall between bunk rooms, and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The third floor offers another primary beachfront bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a balcony, another guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a media/game room with a fold-out sofa, a shuffleboard table, a dry bar area with a mini-fridge where you can prepare refreshing beverages, and a balcony.

In addition to all of the incredible amenities this home has to offer, The Dunes subdivision also has a shared swimming pool and hot tub that guests of this vacation home are welcome to enjoy. Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
