There is 1 assigned parking space and available guest parking. Rimcrest is a unique property built into the hillside (thus the phenomenal views) and many of the residences are not parking adjacent. There are 38 stairs between the parking area and the entrance to the unit, but are best described as a terraced pathway with steps with a gradual incline/decline. There are approximately 30 traditional stairs to the common pool/spa area.

Please note that the pool directly below the unit is not heated this season (2024-2025) but the 2nd pool near the parking area is heated. Hot tubs at both locations are heated.
