Sedona Studio W/D Patio Firepit

Welcome to our newly updated 270 sq. ft. modern studio in the heart of West Sedona! Centrally located, you’re just minutes away from Sedona’s best restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. The Sugarloaf Trailhead is only a short walk away, perfect for hiking enthusiasts.

This cozy lower-level unit offers an in-unit washer and dryer, plus a private patio with a firepit for outdoor recreation

Occasional noise may be heard from guests above.

Perfect for weekly or monthly stays!
The TVs are smart TV. Please use your own OTA subscription to login. No cable channels are provided.
The septic system is upflush and motorized driven. You might hear the pump running while using Kitchen Sink, Bathroom sink, Shower or the toilet. Also known as Macerating Pump.
Please make sure not to throw items into the toilet, else the toilet might get clogged
Pets are welcome in our home (maximum of 1 pet at $55 per pet).
Please do not keep the Mini-Split below 70 for cooling as the unit might freeze up and will stop working.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours and dark sky hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
A car is required for exploring the Sedona area. Parking is available in the driveway but street parking is not available in our neighborhood. Please park in designated area as shown in the photo.
There is a rental unit upstairs and you might hear noise from upstairs.

My friend and I stayed here for our visit to Sedona. We had a great time.The place was clean and very! convenient to all the locations nearby.Loved having the patio right outside the door.Would not think twice about renting it again.The host would respond quickly to any questions we had.

Rental was as described. Perfect little spot for us to sleep/shower during our busy hiking weekend. I appreciated the fast response when the hot water heater blew the circuit breaker - someone was out to fix it very timely. Nice private patio - we didn’t spend time out there as we always came home exhausted from hiking/eating out and went right to sleep. Quiet and safe neighborhood and short drive to restaurants. I was hoping this rental would be an easy walk to restaurants but the hills up to the house and the dark narrow streets made it more practical to walk. Not a negative thing, it was my bad to think it would be easy to walk from there. Was nice being on the West Sedona side of town for early morning hikes, but I think anywhere you stay in Sedona is only a short drive to iconic hikes.

The small apartment was perfect for my solo trip to Sedona. Location was convenient, and the patio was great for relaxing. All of my excursions were only a short drive away.

Weekend unwind!

Me and my partner stay the weekend at this property and we truly had an amazing time. The property was not too big and not too small but the perfect size for two adults just wanting to unwind and enjoy what the sedon area has to offer. We will definitely be back to stay again and see what more memories we can make.

Great location

The location of the place is amazing. Everything you could need is close by. Whole foods, restaurants, and great hiking trails. The room is nice. The bed is comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Sedona week vacation

Perfect place for two people to stay and in nice neighborhood. Location was perfect to get to where we were visiting. Everything described about studio and what they had to offer was exactly the way we found it. Highly recommend.

Cute Little Place

Loved the property and location. Wish there was a little section of grass for picky dogs but there was a dog park in the area so we ran over there several times a day. The plumbing makes noise but with it being an add on to the house it is not a bad little place, just not used to it where we are from but enjoyed the little space! Clean and located in a great safe area.

Great location, cozy

This is a cozy spot in a great location in western Sedona. The property is shared with other rentals, a larger rental above and another rental on the other side of the driveway. The bottom rentals have a shared outdoor space with a fire pit and grills. This space also has its own private fire pit (propane). The inside is very small with a kitchen when you walk in that has a pull out couch/loveseat. The middle room has a bed (double?) and then there is a bathroom. The place is function over form as there is not a lot of thought in decor. The fridge is in front of a window and there is an oversized storage unit also blocking a window in the bathroom. The bathroom is clean but seemed to be rushed to get finished, it lacks aesthetic and could use some love, but it was clean and functional. The hosts are responsive and very kind. I had a small issue which was addressed promptly. I also spoke about my concerns for future guests which was gracefully acknowledged by the host with genuine commitments to improve the property. If you want a small crash pad to rest at night this is a great option. If you are looking for lots of space and are intending to hang out indoors on your trip, you may want to relax elsewhere. With the promised improvements I would expect a 5 star experience in the future.

Great location! The host was super communicative; while I didn’t have any issues, I know they would’ve been taken care of quickly based on the over and above communication I did have. Unit was nice; not huge, but perfect for me. Could house two people very comfortably. Any more might get cramped. It is a lower unit and while separated well, there are people above you. Not a bad thing, but for expectations. Overall, great host, great spot. Would definitely stay again on my next trip
