Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, large tv's, central heating & air, blackout curtains in every room, as well as a small hideaway with a stacked washer and dryer set during their stay. The duplex is split privately between 2 units, guests will have access to the unit that they book. Each side will have a fenced in area running along the house and there is a separation wall between the two units in the the back for more privacy.

Each unit does have an EXTERIOR camera ONLY placed on the front door and a security camera that faces the parking lot.

Pets are welcome BUT they must be included prior to your booking AND they must not be left alone in the unit without you. Any pet not mentioned in your booking is not authorized to be there and will result in an extra fine and or immediate cancellation of your booking with NO REFUND.
