Villa St Martinはプロタラスの観光エリアの中心部にありますが、主要道路から約300メートルのところにありますので、静かで便利な立地です。 プロタラスの砂浜が全て徒歩圏内にあり、主要通りからは様々なバー、居酒屋、お店が徒歩で約5分の距離です。

プールエリアの周りには、サンラウンジャーとバーベキューを楽しめる大きなテラスがあります。 椅子と傘を備えた庭園もあります。 プールは広く、10m x 5mの大きさです。

1階にはオープンプランのエアコン付きのシッティング/ダイニングルームがあり、キッチンエリアと階下のシャワールームがあります。 シッティングエリアには快適なソファー2台、コーヒーテーブル、ランプ、テレビ、DVD、CDプレーヤーがあります。 ダイニングテーブルと6つの椅子があります。

Just had a two week holiday here and it was fantastic. The villa is spacious and has good air con. It was clean and well equipped. The pool is a big asset as it is large and cleaned regularly. The host David was also brilliant answering all queries promptly and arranging taxi transfers for us. Would definitely recommend.

Overall we have a very pleasant stay. With the luxury of your own pool, so no fighting for sun beds. Which I must say is absolute bliss. This was our first time renting out a villa. The process was very simple. Many thanks to David for making the process as easy as possible.

Fantastic stay

Just returned from a 2 week stay. 4 adults and 3 teens. The villa had everything we needed. The outside area is great and the pool is large. The location is fantastic, a short walk to beaches restaurants, bars and shops. We felt very relaxed at villa st Martin and were all sad to leave. We look forward to returning in the future

Easter stay with family of 4

The property was great for what we needed. Clean and good outdoor area. The pool was a hit with the kids. Location was great. We hired a car as the island is so easy to get around but you didn't need it as you can walk over the road to Protaras main strip for restaurants and the beach. Lidl is just around the corner too. Pool was cleaned a few times during our weeks stay which was great. Overall pleased with our stay. Thanks

Perfect Location in ProtarasWe recently stayed at Villa St Martin and had a brilliant holiday. The villa's location was absolutely ideal, just a five minute walk to all the main features including restaurants, nightlife and the beach. It was so convenient that we didn’t need a car.As a family of five, we found the villa spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Most of our time was spent enjoying the garden and pool area which was perfect for both sunbathing and family fun.The only minor downside was the bunk beds - they are extremely noisy when someone was on the top bunk. Fortunately, this wasn't an issue for us as we didn't need to use the top bunk during our stay.Overall, Villa St Martin offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable break. I'd highly recommend it to families looking for a well located, well equipped villa in Protaras.

Fantastic pool, great location

The large, heated pool made our holiday in Cyprus! We enjoyed swimming and relaxing next to the pool nearly every day (except for a few days of heavy rain). We ate most meals outside looking out on the pool and enjoyed using the bbq. The villa was a great location for the beaches and waterfront of Protaras, which were all within walking distance. Communication with the villa host was great. He was super responsive and very accommodating with managing check out times. We hope to come again!

LACKING THE LITTLE THINGS

This villa is let down by a lot of little things that add up to it not hitting the luxury level it says it is. What was reported to the maintenance department was not acted upon even though they did visit, with the exception of them bringing a BBQ grill rack. All lights were out in the pool, exterior garden lighting had to be turned on & off manually. Outside lights were out, we replaced one bulb ourselves, sun parasol so bent we were loath to use it in case it broke. 1 teaspoon, chipped & mismatched cups, bulbs out in lamps. An array of foodstuffs etc left by previous occupants which may or may not have been usable. Scruffy towels. 4 sun loungers in a six person Villa? On the plus side, the location is good and the potential vast. With a bit more TLC it could be a Luxury Villa but not yet.

Wonderful stay

This Villa has a perfect location and the heated pool is a real bonus We enjoyed our stay as a family with twins and a toddler The host was very responsive and helped with airport transfers

Furniture needs to be changed especially beds and mattresses. Also A/C needs to be changed.

It was a bad experience and the company was not helpful in solving my problem and charged me around £400 after canceling my rental and this is not fair and the villa needs major work,. However, the property Manager David was great person but didn’t solve the problem as well.

Perfect Little break for our little family

We stayed Middle October. Weather was perfect and the stay was too. Location is just ideal, within 5 minutes walk to the main Protaras restaurants and bars but far enough away to be quiet. We have an 8 months old baby and the facilities were perfect. Cot was available, plus our baby monitor didn’t work after the flight and they had one one those too. I messaged David a few times for some advice and he was quick to respond, thanks David

Good location, just off the beaten track but only a five minute walk to the strip

Ideal for us as a family group. Good pool and just nicely tucked away from the general hubbub but a very easy walk of five minutes to main area.

Fantastic stay

From the beginning the owner was very helpful during the booking process. We arrived to a spotlessly clean villa with a huge pool. This place really has everything you will need for a great holiday. We walked out every evening to the bars and restaurants nearby, all very family friendly. It was a great addition to have the English cable channels and the bbq worked really well. You get the sun almost all day on the pool and there are plenty of shaded areas. Top 3 for us were the location, pool size and cleanliness. We will be back for sure, thank you!!

Location, location, location!

It's all about the location. The villa is situated so that all of the local attractions and eateries are within comfortable walking distance - shops, restaurants, beach etc. A big bonus is how quiet it is, despite being so near to all of the attractions. The villa itself is exactly as its says on the tin - a good, well equipped three bedroom villa (with additional beds to accommodate extra residents). Aside from its location, the jewel in the crown of the place is the larger than average sized pool - the extra size makes an enormous difference, particularly for those who like to sunbathe but don't enjoy the beach. If you're looking for a good villa with access to everything and no need for a car, then this one is well worth considering.

Great family villa

Had a brilliant two weeks at Villa St Martin. The villa location is perfect, a very short stroll to the main strip with all its bars/restaurants and the beach. Airport transfers were arranged by the owner and went smoothly. The villa has everything you need for 2 families. The bedrooms are spacious and the air-conditioning cools the rooms down in minutes once the doors and windows are closed, great for the August nights ! The swimming pool is an excellent size and the corner steps are a big plus for the shallow end. The kids were in and out the pool most days. An upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room are perfect for the evening rush before going out. We had a fantastic 2 weeks and very much look forward to staying there again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Really good stay.

Great little villa just off the main strip in Protarus, quiet with a large pool. Perfect for our family of 6 adults. 10 minutes stroll to the beach and easy access to restaurants and shops. David was really helpful - sorting taxis and transfers and quick to deal with any queries. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic holiday!

I went on holiday to Cyprus with my children and their families and I have to say that the location of this property was ideal for all. Quiet area during the day and after a short walk to the centre, plenty of things to please everyone. The property itself was very clean as was the pool and the garden area was very well maintained where the adults could relax while my grandchildren swam and played. The facilities were exactly as I imagined. Mr Lewis, the owner, was very friendly and helpful during the whole booking transaction and his customer service was second to none, as he arranged transfers for us and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I will definitely recommend his property to the rest of the family and my friends and in fact, I have booked to go back again this summer for a full fortnight. Can't wait Thank you

Slightly disappointed 😔

Can't fault the position of the villa and the out door area .. But the sunbed covers need throwing old, stained and discoloured. Indoor ,,, to say David had been in for the two weeks before us I was shocked that it wasn't spotlessly clean ?? Don't get me wrong it wasn't flithey but needed a proper clean. Sheets brown/beige ... Personal taste I think white same with the towels they were also brown ?? Little things ... The quilts which had been left out without covers were all stained and went straight into the spare bedroom ... The villa is in need of a little love and attention ... Lick of paint ... Good clean .. New sheets ,,, new towels .. All lights working outside and new sunbed cusions ... For how much we paid was expecting better ,,, I believe the owner is taking advantage of where the villa is ..ie close to the main strip and fig tree bay ... We made friends with the owners next door and also other people within the cal-de-sac and they say others have all said what we have !! It's defiantly not a 5🌟 Villa ..

Excellent Villa - Great Owner !

Just back from a 10 day stay in Villa St Martin ...having stayed in Protaras before we knew this villa was in a great location , just 5 mins walk from the main strip but in a very private location . With us being a party of 8 we had some reservations about space but we needn't have worried. The outdoor area is great with a large pool , plenty of space for sunbathing , an excellent bbq area and also a great patio which sits in the shade as the day goes on . A couple of very minor issue's were dealt with swiftly by David and his maintainence team and i have to say David was as helpful as could be althrough the duration of the booking & the holiday . All in all a great time was had by all and the villa complimented this ...fairly sure a return visit sometime will be on the cards.

Fantastic location, fantastic villa

Villa was everything we expected! Great location - only a short distance to the town and also only a short ride to the local big supermarkets. There were a couple of maintenance issues but these didn't remain issues for very long. Direct communication path to the owner and also the property maintenance contact made things really easy. Everything was fixed within 48 hours of it becoming a problem. Would definitely recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again! Can also highly recommend Daves local taxi driver Stavros - always available, reasonably priced and a good laugh! Dave organised transfers for us also and there were no issues even with a lot of luggage, children's car seats etc. Everything was taken care of. Definetely a full 5 stars. Thanks very much Dave. P.S. A note to people complaining...really? If the parasol looks damaged go and pick another up for 5 euros!

Fantastic family holiday

I've been to Cyprus many times over the years but this was the first time I'd stayed in Protaras. I can honestly say that myself my wife and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa St Martin. My 2 children loved the swimming pool and we all enjoyed having a barbecue and thought the outside area was fantastic! The Villa was set in a fantastic location within minutes walking distance from the resort and beaches. To top a wonderful holiday off Mr Lewis was very helpfully in arranging transfers and our specific needs. I'd highly recommend this Villa holiday.

Excellent Holiday!

We stayed for 10 days in May 2011. From booking the holiday Dave the owner helped us plan our time away including airport transfer/car hire and advised us on the best places to visit. The Villa was in the best location; walking distance to the beautiful beach, restaurants and bars. But far enough away to be peaceful and quite. We hired a car for a few days to travel around but this was not needed as everything is so close but it was nice to travel around the area. Note: Visiting the stunning Cape Greko is a must! We have visited Cyprus before and Protaras is definitely the best location on the island. The Villa itself was immaculate. It was a lot bigger than we thought it would be. The swimming pool was always clean and the Garden was lovely touch to have in a villa. The rooms are big with loads of cupboard space. Great place to come with your family. This has been our favorite holiday and will be definitely visiting again!

Villa St Martin

We had a great family holiday at Villa St Martin for my sons wedding at St alias church, The Villa & pool was very clean & well kept only a short distance to shops bars & beaches but also only a small car journey to the rest of the Island which was great as we liked to explore the area. I would recommed the villa to all it's in a quiet location with great views & David the owner is Fab and always at hand. Would love to go again sometime soon thanks David From Susan Scott Heather Tyrone Ellise & eloise and the rest of our extended family that visited your villa on our stay there.

Our stay at Villa St Martin was wonderful. The villa and pool were both clean and spacious. The villa is located in an ideal situation, quiet and only a short walk into the main area of Protaras where you will find many shops,bars, restaurants and of course the lovely beachs. The owner David was very helpful and was always available by telephone and e-mail to answer any queries. We would highly recomend this villa and will be definatley be returning.
