Welcome to your East Austin home base. This 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 9 guests and puts you minutes from restaurants, cafes, and many of Austin’s most-loved attractions.



The space

Set in the vibrant Holly neighborhood of East Austin, this comfortable home is made for easy group stays. The home features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Gather in the main home’s living and dining spaces, then take the fun outside to the backyard, where an outdoor fire pit sets the scene for relaxed evenings.



The smart TV in the primary bedroom makes winding down simple, and Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. A washer and dryer in the home adds convenience for longer stays.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles — two on Holly St and one in the back alleyway.

• Stairs: This home has stairs. Please review photos if mobility is a concern.

• Security cameras: One exterior camera is located on the back of the home and actively monitors the back of the property.

• Washer/dryer: A washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was ideally located for our visit. It was clean and well stocked with amenities. The staff were very responsive and available with any questions or concerns. We had to notify them of an issue with one of the bunk beds and I received a very prompt response. Our kids are still asking about the Austin house. We plan on returning to this house for any other events in Austin.

Overall it was wonderful, such a great house in a good neighborhood! The comforter and towels in the master bedroom had some unsightly stains, but the rest of the home was perfectly clean and comfortable. Responses from Grand Welcome were prompt and helpful! I would definitely recommend this house for a group or large family. We will stay here again!

Great house for large group

We had a friend group travel to Austin and had a wonderful time! The big couch, outdoor patio and plenty of beds to fit everyone. The home was clean and nice to stay in.

Awesome home and location

Such a nice home and so close to the great restaurants and bars of Austin. Lots of space to spread out and a nice central patio with shade cover. Check in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. Our group had a fantastic time and highly recommend this home.

Nice location to get to bars and restaurants. Housed 12 guys for the weekend and it was easy to come an go from downtown. Little disappointed there was no cable television as we were there for a weekend where parts of our day was dedicated to watching football and baseball games.

Great stay!

Friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and the design was cute. Everything was comfortable and the location is really convenient. Lots of space too. The only issue was a lot of flies in the backyard, maybe a seasonal thing.

We loved it here!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls' weekend and comfortably slept 12 with room to spare. Everyone loved the house and the proximity to downtown. The property managers were very accommodating and the house had everything we needed! I would definitely come back and highly recommend!!

The perfect stay!

Highly recommend! Fantastic property, very clean large rooms, perfect outdoor set up, great location (amazing restaurants right around the corner and a very close proximity to downtown). The property manager was very responsive and the property came equipped with plenty of essentials. I would absolutely stay here again and would not change a thing!

This house is cute as heck and so enjoyable for our small group of gals. We spent so much of our time on the backyard deck - it was a dream! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, check-in/out was easy, and the homeowner was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

All around great house/location

We were 10 guys and the house fix us great. Lot of space to just chill at moments. Yard is perfect to hangout and the space over the garage is amazing. 5 minutes from Rainey and 6th st.

Came to Austin with my brother, cousin, and a few friends. I've been to Austin numerous times for business and SXSW but first time for many of the others. I love how central your home is and how close it is to Juan in a Million, we loved the big space to hang outside in the backyard

Great location & very nice property!

We stayed here for a quick bachelorette trip and it's far enough away from the inner city noise but close to shops and restaurants. The house was super clean, very easy directions to get inside and overall a great experience! The outdoor area is so nice to hang out and even in the July summer heat the trees shade it to make it a nice experience. I highly recommend Lou's for lunch just as the owners of the house did :) Thank you!

Perfect for a group stay!

I threw my husbands 30th surprise party at the house and it was perfect for 10 people. The house is spacious, clean, the deck is really nice and relaxing, and the people that stayed in the studio also enjoyed their space. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to restaurants. If we end up having another reunion in Austin, we'll be rebooking the same house.
