Lovely North Deering Area is a lovely neighborhood of Portland. Mature walkable neighborhood with mature trees, landscape, bike/running path and many other outdoor activities. Shopping and Restaurants nearby.



Getting Around:

Our property is conveniently located close to Portland and Coastal Maine. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and recreational facilities within walking distance. You can also easily access Maine's ocean beaches, Lake Sebago, beaches and boat ramps by car. The property is located close to many popular destinations within a 1.5-2-hour drive to Acadia, Bar Harbor, and 10-15 min ride to great beaches such as Cape Elizabeth, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Brunswick, LL Bean & Outlets in Freeport. Short ride to Sunday River, Mt Washington, New Hampshire, Boston and many surrounding attractions, We are less than 2.5 from the Old Port and all popular Portland Old Port, Water Front attractions, restaurants, museum, and shoppingin a short 5-10 mins away. Bar Harbor, Acadia, Cadillac Mountain, Moosehead, Mt. Washington, and many others attractions are a reasonable drive away! Come see and enjoy the adventure of Maine's "Vacation Land".
