Excellent Location & GREAT House

Excellent Location, close to downtown in a short walk. Local Pub Dog Rose Brewing very dog friendly on the patio. Very Quiet Neighborhood, very safe. Parking for 2 cars a plus.

Spacious, comfortable house, walking distance to town

Appreciated the spacious, comfortable home, conveniently located within walking distance of St. Augustine historic town, restaurants and attractions. Nice set up for a family with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Cute backyard. Would stay again.

Best VRBO Experience Ever

The VRBO is fully renovated, perfectly cleaned, beautiful and less than a mile from the center of town. The house is very spacious for a group of 6. Highly recommended! We will definitely go back!

Enjoy our time

The house was beautiful, well decorated. It was a convenient walk to many attractions. However, the living furniture is very uncomfortable, not suitable for relaxing or watching tv; the xfinity cable box upstairs is broke and needs to be replaced; there is no tv in the front bedroom.

Very nice property. Clean and quiet.Needs a regular Mr Coffee machine. They had to Kuerig machines so we had to buy one.No spices or condiments for cooking. Needs a spice rack, cooking supplies and cocktail glasses.Also needs Kleenex, kitchen sponges, broom and dustpan or vacuum cleaner

Quick getaway

There is a large hole in the fence that our dog discovered. The neighborhood is very loud, not only with the people but vehicles at all hours of the night. The inside of the house was clean, but the outside was not.

Excellent choice!

Our Christmas vacation in St. Augustine was made even more magical thanks to this fantastic rental home! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city's charming streets and historic sites. The house itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere.The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We mentioned that there wasn't a hair dryer, and to our surprise, they delivered one within a couple of hours on the same day. The house was also very spacious, providing ample room for our family and pet to relax and enjoy quality time together. We couldn't have been happier with our choice and would highly recommend this rental for a memorable family getaway.
