Great Location

Pros- great location! Walking distance from Truffle Pig, The Range, and the Steamboat Gondola. - ski inn/out option Cons- Clean but unit could be updated

The location was fantastic, we just needed a ton more snow. Did not feel the cleanest. The shower drain was broken but everything worked. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking or eating essentials. I noticed two things I forgot to inform the property manager of... someone chose to be disgusting and stuck their nicotine packets all to the underside of the kitchen table. And one of the floor boards was cracked and sinking in if you stepped there between the island and the pantry wall. Could get dangerous. The place was great for the price! I did buy and leave Dawn soap new sos pad, antibacterial hand soap for future guests.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad the location worked well and the kitchen had what you needed. I’m sorry the unit did not feel as clean as it should have — the nicotine packets under the table and the broken shower drain are unacceptable, and I’ll share this with housekeeping so they remove the items and address cleaning standards immediately. I’ll also have maintenance inspect and repair the cracked/sinking floorboard between the island and pantry — safety is a priority. Thank you for leaving the Dawn, SOS pad, and antibacterial soap; we appreciate the gesture. We hope to host you again.

Hotel room without luxury

Pretty much a hotel room but without daily housekeeping and room service. The convenience to the base is spectacular and the shuttle service is a major bonus. Bed is not very comfy and the bathroom is small. Because it is more like a hotel with a kitchen there are zero spices or condiments. The shower drain was covered in hair which was gross. Overall not horrible but would not be my first choice.

It sounds like the location and shuttle service were great, but the lack of amenities and cleanliness were a bit of a letdown. It's always disappointing when the little details, like comfortable beds or a clean shower, don't meet expectations. Hopefully, you can find a place that offers both convenience and comfort for next time! Would you prioritize a better bed and bathroom, or was the location the main appeal?
