Guest Access:
Access to the entire home, backyard space, and additional ADU. Please note, there is no garage access.
The spa is serviced weekly.

Getting Around:
Mission Hills is very walk-able! However a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Mission Hills. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

Other Things to Note:
Please, no pets allowed.

Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.

We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
