Kick back and relax in this cozy, stylish home by Greenfield Lake & the Amphitheater. Updated interior with all the comforts for your stay. Sleeps up to 6 adults with 3 bedrooms - one with a Sleep Number king bed and two with queen beds and 2 full baths . The 2 bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, hairdryers, paper products and soaps for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig & drip coffee machine plus coffee & creamers provided. You'll love the front and back covered porches with a porch swing on the front and table/chairs on the back. There's a fire pit in the backyard perfect for cool nights. With amenities like WiFi, 2 ROKU TV's, A/C, and a washer & dryer, guests can feel at home in this beautiful space. There's so much to do and see while you're traveling & exploring Wilmington and our beautiful beaches. 2 blocks to Greenfield Lake park, a year round birding oasis & the perfect place to enjoy nature with family & friends. There is a 5 mile walking/biking path, tennis & pickleball courts, skate park, paddle boats and a boat launch. The Cozy Cottage is close to historic downtown Wilmington with lovely tree-lined streets where you can explore nearby parks, landmarks, & all that downtown has to offer. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood setting with close proximity to restaurants & entertainment.

This house is nicely decorated and Laura has done a great job of setting up the place to enjoy all the comforts of home. She has gone above and beyond, providing extra items such as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and cups. Lots of pots and pans, serving dishes and storage containers for left-overs. Definitely deserves a five star rating. We stayed for 2 weeks over the Christmas holiday and was extremely comfortable. Location was handy to everything; restaurants, grocery stores and the Beach.

Quiet and oh so cozy!

This little cabin is quiet and nestled into a cul-de-sac… full of charm… and the comforts of home! Come and enjoy awhile! I know we did!

Concert weekend

Stayed for a concert at Greenfield Lake amphitheater - the house is close to the venue, well equipped and located in a great location. The host was very helpful and courteous.

Death in the Family

When we found out our family member was entering Hospice in Wilmington, NC we needed a place to stay which would be suitable for our family of 4 adults. We wanted to look at houses rather than hotels since we planned to be there a minimum of 2 weeks. In particular, our elderly mother who would be traveling with us needed a railing on both sides of the steps to enter the house. Once in, mom needed everything on one level. This rental house gave us those options to help mom. As a bonus, the master bedroom had a walk in shower which helped her too. The location of this rental house was only 5 minutes from the hospice facility. We usually spent 6 - 8 hours every day at hospice and the rest of the time at the rental house which is on a quiet cul de sac. It has nice outdoor areas to sit and relax in addition to an open floor plan indoor area with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. We enjoyed the ability to cook healthy meals and do laundry while staying there. The close proximity of Greenfield Lake Park gave us an easy get away to enjoy a 5 mile walk or bike ride with beautiful views. Laura and her husband Tony were fantastic hosts. They were available to help if we had any questions or concerns. They were kind and thoughtful during our stay, helping us make the best of our unfortunate, sad circumstances. I would highly recommend this house and the host of the rental to anyone needing a clean, comfortable house in a good location with kind and helpful hosts.
