Wonderful natural light and ventilation. Handy outdoor grilling facility. Very short walk to the beach. Very responsive owner. Slight negatives included the lack of a baking sheet, a meager selection of drinkware, strong weathering of the entry stairs, and a carpet stain.

Great location, well equipped kitchen

We just returned from a lovely vacation in the Loft unit. The location was amazing, kitchen well-equipped, and the space comfortably accommodated two adults and three tween/teen children. A definite re-book!

Beautiful loft, sky lights all over, sunny and Spacious. Comfortable beds and pull out couches. Dave was very attentive to our needs. Perfect location to beach and gift shops! We will come back again. Highly recommended!

October get away

Good location and near the beach. The rooms were a good size and very bright. The dishes were a wide variety of sizes and different materials. The silverware was thrown in a drawer and was not organized. Some of the shades need repairs to the strings.

Perfect spot, very close to the beach

The loft was exactly as it was listed online. We had a wonderful stay. The house is steps away from the beach, and still a short drive from town. We hope to be back again in the future.

Wonderful beach stay

Loved our beach stay in Wells. House was as described, kitchen is a bit outdated but functional. Cleaning service was still there at time of check in 2:30pm. Seemed rushing and floors weren’t very clean. Still sand on floors. But we were fine, still loved the location! We would definitely stay here again. David was amazing with his communication with us. Answered all questions and very quick on responses. Thank you David for renting your Beach house.

Anniversary getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wells Beach in late September/early October. The summer crowds were gone and the weather was turning crisp with cooler temps. The loft was exactly as advertised- clean, spacious, bright and easy access to the beach. It was more than enough space for my wife and I (this was our first vacation without kids in decades!). Other guests in the house were quite pleasant to speak with and the neighborhood and neighbors welcoming and conversational. At the same time, everyone respects your privacy so you can enjoy your time. We loved the area so much we discussed purchasing a vacation property there, whether as a second home or as a retirement location. We will definitely go back to Wells Beach, and if we don't purchase our own place we look forward to reaching out to Dave and Rebecca about theirs.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Dave’s place and were lucky to find it somewhat last minute. Steps from the beach made it easy to enjoy the morning sunrises. Parking was convenient and check in was easy. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was spacious, loved all the windows!

If you like to see it all (Atlantic Ave, Ocean, Beach and Marsh) from above, this is the unit for you. Lots to see from this top floor vantage point

この宿泊施設の特徴

Unique architecture and a loft set up for the teens. My family and I have vacationed in Wells beach for countless summers. We rented over a dozen different properties. All the properties we rented required us to pack all our beach gear in the car, fight the traffic and cross our fingers we would find a parking spot. If we could find a spot, it was often the typical $15/day. Then we would load all our 'beach gear' on our shoulders and make the walk to the beach. At times it was frustrating. Bathroom breaks were always an adventure. When we decided to purchase a home in Wells, we wanted to be right by the ocean. 66 Atlantic Ave was perfect. It has direct access to Public Way #2 (No walking up or down Atlantic Ave to reach the nearest Public Way: Two doors down from Public Way #2). Bathroom calls were no longer a problem and anything we forgot to bring with us was just across the street. 66 Atlantic is also extremely close to Wells Beach 'Center.' If you want a newspaper or a snack, the convenience store is right there. If the kids want to go to the arcade, get an ice cream or visit the candy store, they are right there. On top of all this, the property has partial ocean and marsh views
