The space is excellent. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. We have been staying in Myrtle for 8 years and this was probably our biggest and favorite place for the value. Great location. Great Value

Unfortunately there were several big cockroaches but hey it’s the beach! We simply bought spray as we didn’t want to them coming home with us. Finally, we washed all of our dishes by han - put the teens to work: but had decided to use the dishwasher the night before check out. It wasn’t working - again no biggie but others may want it repaired. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us! We’re happy to hear that, despite a few issues, you enjoyed your stay immensely and made the most of your beach vacation. We’re sorry for the concern caused by the cockroaches and for the inconvenience with the dishwasher not working. While pest activity can occur in coastal areas, we certainly understand that seeing them in your vacation home is unsettling. We’ll make sure the pest-control concern and dishwasher issue are brought to the attention of the appropriate teams for follow-up. We appreciate you letting us know about these items and your understanding during your stay. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you and your family back to North Myrtle Beach again soon!

Unit is great! Lots of space for large parties, plenty of beds and space to spread out! Wish there was a crosswalk on the road. Also, we may have just had bad luck with who stayed above us but if not you can hear every sound of walking/running/jumping above you and not much you can do about it if late into the night so just be aware if you’re trying to have quiet or get sound sleep, especially upstairs. Would just add bath mats to accommodate additional convenience for guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout and found the unit to be a great fit for your large group, with plenty of beds and room to spread out. We appreciate your comments regarding the crosswalk and the noise from the unit above. Unfortunately, crosswalks and noise from neighboring units are outside of Elliott Beach Rentals' control, but we certainly understand how these factors can affect your stay. Thank you as well for the suggestion about adding bath mats. We'll be happy to share that recommendation with the property owner for consideration. Thank you for choosing Elliott Beach Rentals. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable beach vacation!

Great place to stay with a big group

It was a great place to stay for a big group. We had 18 people, ranging of ages 10 to 60. I would say, that the floors were pretty dirty, there were not enough kitchen utensils, dishwasher leaked, and guests need 2 towels per person. Other than those little issues, the housewas great!! Wouls rent again

Nice property. Poorly maintained

Upon arrival we began to realize that the property was poorly maintained and poorly set up. It was advertised as a luxury villa accomodating up to 20 guests. There were 2 tablespoons, 11 forks, no working can openers, a 4 slice toaster with one side not working, 2 refrigerators that made almost no ice., only pint glasses, no juice or wine glasses, only 4 chairs on each deck (total 8). No bath mats etc. the property manager (Elliott beach Rentals) When we supplied a list of issues the rental manager quickly took care of the easy things like silverware and glasses but after telling 3 different employees of Elliott about the ice problem nothing was ever done to resolve it. We bought a small tabletop ice maker to reduce the inconvenience of having to buy ice. We had 12 people in our party. All in all I wouldn’t recommend a Elliott managed property. They don’t really seem to care.

Thank you, Steve, for the review. I do apologize if you got the feeling we did not care about you and your family. This homeowner has his own private cleaner and maintenance vendor. We can only refer any issues with the property to them. I am sorry you had this experience and I hope you will allow us a chance to make it right.

Not so good

We were told twice our place was ready. We arrived at 6 Pm and it had not been cleaned at all. One girl shows up around 8 and apologizes because she admitted to forgetting the whole place. We had 5 little ones a1 year old, two 2 year old, a 3 year old and 4 year old. Not to mention that it took us 12 hours to get there. Finally another girl shows up to help the other. One girl said she would make the beds however that didn’t happen because when they left we asked what about the beds and the reply we got was the other said she wasn’t making the beds. Never have I been somewhere where we had to make our own beds. At this point it’s after 10 the kids are tired and we are very aggravated. Didn’t eat till almost 11. Then we find out one toilet doesn’t work it finally was fixed the next day. We started washing clothes Tuesday and realized that night the spin cycle didn’t work had to ring the clothes out yourself. I called Wednesday morning to get someone out to fix it only to be told after they looked at it that the part the washer needed wasn’t available anymore and that a new washer would probably have to be purchased but it probably wouldn’t be before we left. So now we have a whole lot of dirty clothes to bring home and can you imagine with 5 little ones. We feel robbed of our first night and got a double whammy with the washer not working. I feel like we deserve at least the first night to be reimbursed. It was our first trip to Myrtle beach and I think it’s gonna be our last.

Nice place for a large family vacation

Four generations ranging from 6 months old to 85 years young enjoyed a wonderful week. The large open kitchen dining and living room space was perfect for our large crowd of 17. Access to the beach was very convenient. Kitchen was well equipped and the two refrigerators were awesome. Really only two complaints: The outside could use a good cleaning/pressure washing. And only four parking spaces for an 8 bedroom unit is inadequate. Despite that we would consider returning to this unit.

Property Description Says It All

The property description says it is Perfect for Golfers and let me tell you it is. It was neat and clean when we got there. I take a group of 12 golfers to Myrtle Beach every year. We are all friends and like to stay together. It is difficult to get enough separate beds in a unit that is affordable, but this was perfect. The open floor plan allowed us to socialize together perfectly. Having 2 refrigerators was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the location so well that I have booked it for next year already. The property was very spacious, the beds were comfortable. we experienced a problem with the hot water going cold after 4 or 5 showers. The hot water was a major problem considering there was about 18 people and several of us had to take cold showers the first night. The washing machine took an hour to fill and would not fill with cold water at all. The owner really needs to invest in more hot water heaters.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am so happy to hear you enjoyed the home. I apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced during your stay with us. Like most showers, there is a short amount of wait time for the water to get hot again after many uses and that is very common. I am sorry if this was a problem for you. We appreciate your feedback and do hope to see you back at the beach!
