Hi Jackie, Thanks so much for taking the time to review our property!

Hi Stefanie, We’re so glad you enjoyed your trip to Lakeview Lux and found our entertainment enjoyable!

Thank you, Tammy, for your kind words about the property and the amazing views. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and the setting at the home. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen utensils and cookware. The home is stocked with a standard set of cookware and kitchen items designed to support large groups while still maintaining an organized and uncluttered kitchen space. In addition, we do maintain a hospitality closet with extra kitchen supplies and household items, and we would have been happy to provide additional cookware or utensils had we known they were needed during your stay. Guest feedback like yours is extremely valuable as we continue evaluating inventory levels and ways to further improve the kitchen experience for larger groups and extended stays. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for your valuable feedback Shakil, and for highlighting both the strengths and areas for improvement during your stay. We are very pleased that you enjoyed the home, its views, and the overall experience with your group. We are actively working to improve both the physical aspects of the home and the clarity of our pre-arrival communication to ensure guests are fully prepared. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to provide an even better experience in the future.

Hi Jill, We’re so glad you enjoyed your birthday getaway and that you enjoyed our amenities!

Hi Mary, We’re so glad you had a 5 star stay! We’re sorry to hear it didn’t know, but would love to host you again in the future!

Hi Doug, We’re so glad you had a great stay and found our property as advertised. We work hard to maintain our properties, and as you saw, we respond quickly when our guests need anything in our homes. Thanks for taking the time to review the property, we hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for your valuable feedback Chavonne, and for highlighting both the strengths and areas for improvement during your stay. We are very pleased that you enjoyed the home, its views, and the overall experience with your group. We also take seriously the concerns mentioned regarding cleanliness details. While we conduct thorough inspections before each stay, your comments help us identify areas where we can further enhance quality control and maintenance responsiveness. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to provide an even better experience in the future.

Thank you for your valuable feedback Tonnetta, and for highlighting both the strengths and areas for improvement during your stay. We are very pleased that you enjoyed the home, its views, and the overall experience with your group. We take seriously the concerns mentioned regarding the operation of the home's technology. While we conduct thorough inspections and system checks before each stay, your comment about the absence of a house manager to explain the electronics is well noted. We understand that the stereo receivers, projectors, and gaming systems can be complex, especially for larger groups with varying schedules. For future stays, we now have a manual where electronics are explained in detail, and we can always be reached out to during a stay should any questions arise. Additionally, we recognize that expectations around in-home technology support can vary. We are actively working to improve both the physical aspects of the home and the clarity of our pre-arrival communication to ensure guests are fully prepared. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to provide an even better experience in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, Anita. We are very glad you chose Lakeview Luxe Estate and truly appreciate your thoughtful suggestions. Your comment regarding seating in the bedrooms is especially valuable. We understand how important accessibility and comfort are, particularly for guests who may benefit from additional support while dressing or getting ready. We are actively evaluating the addition of benches or seating options in select bedrooms to better accommodate these needs. Regarding the outlets, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do wish we had been made aware of the issue during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to send maintenance out to troubleshoot and address the outlets while you were at the property. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. Insights like yours help us continue improving the guest experience for future stays.

Thank you for your review, Donna. After your stay, I had the opportunity to speak with you directly regarding your experience, and I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize that your message during the stay was missed by our team. This does not reflect the level of communication we strive to provide. Since your stay, we have implemented a new centralized communication system for calls, texts, and emails so that multiple team members now receive and monitor guest messages simultaneously. This added redundancy helps ensure situations like this do not happen again moving forward. Regarding towels, we do provide each guest with a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth as part of our standard setup. We also understand that depending on group size and usage, some guests may prefer additional linens during longer stays, and feedback like yours helps us continue evaluating ways to improve the guest experience. We also appreciate your comments regarding cookware and winter conditions. Guest feedback is invaluable as we continue refining operations, inventory, and communication processes. Thank you again for your stay and for giving us the opportunity to learn and improve from your experience.

Thank you for your feedback, Shelly. We’re very glad to hear you found the property beautiful and appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. Lakeview Luxe Estate was intentionally designed as a group-focused home with multiple gathering and entertainment areas throughout the property, including the game room, theater spaces, and the entire third floor, which is dedicated to group entertaining with the kitchen, dining area, and theater all overlooking the Deep Creek area and mountain views. The kitchen and primary gathering space are located on the upper level specifically to maximize the panoramic views, which is one of the features many guests enjoy most. That said, we do understand that for some guests—particularly those for whom stairs may present a challenge—the layout can feel less convenient than a more traditional floor plan. Feedback regarding the layout and accessibility is relatively rare for us, as spacious group gathering areas are typically one of the areas where the home receives particularly strong reviews, but we still appreciate hearing your perspective as it helps us better communicate the home’s unique design and layout to future guests prior to booking. Thank you again for your stay and for your thoughtful feedback.
