Colony By The Sea is located in Indian Beach, in between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a small and clean family beach with just enough to do to have fun, but not enough to be crowded. It is conveniently located within 15 minutes of both Morehead City and historic Beaufort.
The Complex offers an Outdoor Swimming Pool, a Sauna, Outdoor Grills and Showers, Elevators (with Ramp Access), and 2 Parking Spaces per Condo.
Colony By The Sea 307 is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, top floor oceanside condo in Salter Path.
Total bedding includes 2 Kings (Twin Sleeper Sofa linens not included, linens can be added for an additional fee).
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 King Loft Bed with use of the hall shared bathroom. A Twin sleeper is also provided but linens are not included - linens can be added for an additional fee.
Amenities Include: 2 Smart TVs with access to cable and streaming apps, 1 DVD Player, Wireless Internet Access; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Oven, Toaster Oven, Blender, Air Fryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, Coffee Maker, Garbage Disposal, Microwave, Dishwasher; in unit Washer/Dryer; Iron/Ironing Board, Hair Dryer; Water Treatment System; Outdoor Deck with Furniture. Max Occupancy is 4. Parties found to be exceeding the max occupancy of this unit may be asked to vacate the premises at any time without refund.
Complex has Elevator, Pool (typically open May - September), Hot Tub, Sauna, Grill and Picnic Facilities, Beach Access Boardwalk Walway, and High-Speed Wireless Internet (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

-PARKING PASSES: Even though you are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental, you MUST stop by our Atlantic Beach office to pick up your (2) required parking passes for parking on premises at Colony By the Sea. Your packet will be available for pick-up at 4PM EST (unless otherwise stated in your PreArrival Information) at the Atlantic Beach Vacation Rental Office - Located at 407 Atlantic Beach Causeway Suite 6F, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512.
-The entire Colony By The Sea property is NO SMOKING. This includes hallways, parking lots, balconies, common areas, etc.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
