Great house, Great location

The house was very clean and right on the beach. The location of the house was in walking distance of both popular beach bars.

Great Location

Great location on the beach. Very good communication with the owner. Good location on the island itself in my opinion. It was easy to stay busy. Lots of beach, restaurants and a few things to do close by.

Padre beach stay

Great spot on the beach a block away from gas station, market, coffe shop and a few bars/restaurant. The home had so many amenities that we really didnt need anytbing to bring for our family of 7. Owner of the property had great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Super cool spot 10/10 recommend.

Super Visit

We know this property well, it’s the 5th or 6th stay. It’s a favorite for location and space. Only minor complete, there was no soap in the bathrooms so we had to make a store visit to purchase some.

Perfection on the beach

This condo is right on the beach and it is perfect.! Sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves is incredible. It has has all the kitchen items to make you feel right at home. The WIFI is a great speed; along with wonderful Direct TV. The beds are very comfortable. The layout of the condo is spacious. The washer and dryer is a total perk. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful condo

We absolutely loved the location! The house was clean and check in/out was easy! So glad he didn’t change an extra cleaning fee as a lot of places do. Communication with property owner was great. He didn’t mind all my extra questions and even hand delivered toilet paper to the house!

Condo beach view

The view was great and distance to the beach was perfect. Only thing I would add is that it could have had more cooking supplies/utensils and then there was miscommunication about maintenance coming while we were there. But I would definitely go back. The great access to the beach was well worth it and condo was very clean.

Great location

This place is great for families who want to be able to walk right into the beach. There are water hoses to help wash off before getting back inside.

Great view and convenient location!

This place was right on the beach, had a great view, and was near a lot of restaurants and shops! We had a great time, and really enjoyed the place! Next time will bring more of the family and rent the 1st and 2nd floors too maybe!

It is very popular for large families, and reunions...everyone meets on the big 2nd floor deck for BBQ and yet each family can have their own kitchens, washer/dryers, and lots of bedrooms on 3 different levels for relaxation time.

Awesome location and property

Real nice location just steps to the sand on the beach. Nice master bedroom with bath master too. Owner is very responsive to any answers you may have. Highly recommend this place 👍

Great family vacation home!

This beach house is in a great location - easy beach access and close to a fun beach bar, Wanna Wanna. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. There were 7 of us staying and we all slept comfortably. There may be a few updates needed, but it was clean and there is a washer/dryer available in the house, which was a big plus for us! There is a new Dollar Store on the island just a short drive from this house where you can pick up detergent or sunscreen or any of the other things that get forgotten at a much more reasonable price than the grocery store or beach shops on the island. I didn’t give 5 stars because the stairwell we had to climb to get to the third floor is pitch dark at night. It looks like there are light fixtures in the stairwell but they were not working when we were there. I had my parents with us (in their 80’s) and while the stairs themselves were easy to navigate for them, someone had to be with them in the evening with a phone flashlight to help guide them up or down. Even with that one small bump, we would definitely stay here again!

Thanks Norma for the review and info for future guests. Sorry didn't know about the stairwell lights which were reported to me by cleaning/crew I had the dusk to dawn light sensor replaced that night. I always ask people to report anything that is not working so I can get it attended to ASAP, generally the same day. Glad you had a great stay, see you next time Wayne

Clean property with a great view that is on the beach.

View from 3rd floor balcony was great. Property was spacious for 8. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to my questions. The 3rd floor was manageable even for my 83 year old father-in-law. The beach area was great. Not to crowded and had a bit of a tidal pool which was great for the smaller children. The water was clear and didn't have too many shells (this can be the case on the northern part of the island) We were within walking distance to Wanna Wanna. There was a shuttle stop nearby which we didn't use this time but good to know. There was a walkway along the street-side of the property which were used by walkers and jogger.

Very roomy and a great location!

Great proximity to the beach and very nice to be further north on the island from the more congested areas. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and living space had ample lounging areas. Everything was very clean and the amenities from small appliances to WIFi & Direct TV was perfect. Owner was great to work with!

Our 2nd home

We have stayed there for many many years. We love it. It is like a second home to us and love seeing familiar things. It is a cozy house with so much character. Thanks Wayne for helping our family great lasting memories!
