Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We loved our stay on Nugget Lane. Our 10 and 14 year old daughters loved getting in the hot tub with us every night and we were a short drive from Vail Village. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking necessities and they even have sugar, spices, teas, and coffee. The staff was also prompt to fix a beeping smoke alarm with in 15 minutes! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home and Setting!

Beautiful views plus outstanding accommodations equals perfect stay! Cannot say enough about how beautiful the setting is and how well appointed the accommodations are. I would book it again in a heartbeat!We enjoyed a wonderful horseback ride through Vail stables and highly recommend that.

A great place!

We loved our time here. The river as natures sound machine was heaven on earth. Property managers were helpful and accommodating with the pack n play and high chair. There is no AC which was hard to sleep up-stairs in the summer and the house had random trash still left over from the previous people (band-aide in the laundry machine, candy trash in the downstairs room floor, etc.).

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our stay in Vail. The home was perfect for 6 adults. We loved the creek out back as well as the hot tub and fire pit for s’mores. It’s a very peaceful, safe and quiet neighborhood nestled into the beautiful trees and flowing creek. The kitchen is well stocked if wanting to do any cooking. The beds are very comfortable, 2 large bathrooms and nice to have the 3rd 1/2 bath on the first floor. We spent most of our time hiking at the nearby trails. We loved being close to the restaurants in Vail but we did spend a day in Breckenridge only 30 miles away. Tricia was very friendly, quick to respond and gave easy instructions for the checkout process. I would highly recommend this home for a young family. It would be difficult if anyone in your family couldn’t do stairs. The chairs by the creek were a nice feature. Definitely enjoyed having early morning coffee there.

Lovely property for family stay

The home felt larger than the photos conveyed, with multiple levels for a big family to spread out. Hot tub was lovely and hot, and kitchen was well stocked. The management company was easy to work with. Easy enough 5 minute walk to the free bus. We would definitely stay here again.

Nugget Lane Vail Trip Feb 2025

The house was great! Had everything we needed and fully stocked in every way. The only piece of information missing was how to open the bear proof garbage can...LOL! But the rental support line was very attentive and a huge help. The only suggestion would be for the plow guys to clear the opening of the driveway when the car is not home. We had A LOT of snow during our visit and the edge of the driveway was never really cleared so luckily we had a large SUV that was able to plow through the little pile. Other than that, the place was great! Would surely rent it again.

Great Stay!

Wonderful home. Very quiet and peaceful. My family of 5 had tons of room and was very comfortable during our ski trip. Beautiful location backing up to Gore Creek. Hot-tub was great. Bus system into Vail was a piece of cake. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location- Premium Amenities!

We loved our stay at this East Vail townhome. The layout is great! It was just 2 of us, but a bigger family would have lots of space, storage and privacy! The furniture and beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked for gourmet dining! loved the Wolf stove! Outside was quiet and private! Loved being on the river! I could walk to the Gore Creek trail from the house. We will definitely want to come back in the future! ALSO.. The property management was very attentive and checked in on us frequently!

Always a great time!

We always enjoy 4289 Nugget Lane. It’s so nice to sleep in, not worry about traffic and walk just a few hundred yards to the bus. We didn’t get out on the mountain until around noon today and still hit 19,000 vertical feet in the afternoon. Hot tub and fireplace is amazing and the house is so cozy.

Very Lovely Home and Location - tough bedding

We stayed for a week-long family ski trip (5 adults). Overall, the stay was wonderful. Great location, 8 minutes from Gondola One, and consistent free bus routes to and from the mountains. The home is exactly as described. My only criticism, and the reason for a 4 out of 5 overall rating, is the bedding. This is a super nice, high end, gorgeous townhome. everything was decked out other than the bedding. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable in all rooms, and the pillows were the worst, like cardboard. I actually slept on the couch for several nights as it was far more comfortable than the beds. I do hope the host/owner realizes that I share this with earnest hopes that they make improvements because this home was far too nice not to have decent sleeping accommodations. I would stay again in a heartbeat if they could get a simple $600 Sleep Science or Casper mattress and some hotel-quality pillows. I will say that the property manager was great, timely, responsive, and far better than many other places. So 5/5 to them!

MN Road Trip to CO

We pulled into the quiet neighborhood of tree lined streets around 9:00 p.m. and walked right in. Cozy, room to spread out and made ourselves at home for the next 6 days. Prime Time stay as we booked Dec. 26- Jan. 1st $$$$. I read all of the reviews before reserving this. The Hot Tub Jets still were not working as posted in past reviews. We cleared the hard snow that seemed to have been sitting for sometime to use it. Lots of reviews about how hot the upstairs was uncomfortably warm. This stuck with me as we arrived and was pleased we did not find this true for our stay. We left the thermostat alone and did not open windows. Wished there was a ceiling fan in the room but did have a humidifier as that time of year is dry and it was helpful. Nice fully equipped kitchen. Minor Note for Owner: Kitchen sink faucet should be replaced as there is a hole in the pullout sprayer hose. Since we had a vehicle we drove to Vail and Beaver Creek with all our gear and paid the parking fee.

We love this place!!!

This is the 3-4 time we have been back. Each time, it is perfectly set up for our group. 3 couples fit perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out. Heated parking spaces means no shoveling when you get hit with a foot of new powder. Hot tub is always fun after a long day on the slopes and only 3 minute walk to the bus stop where you can go straight to the slopes. Will be coming back for more. 10/10!

Perfect place in perfect location

We come to Vail a lot. We prefer East Vail. This is our favorite location in East Vail. It is quiet, beautiful and on the creek. We love walking to Bighorn Park every night to pet dogs. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved our stay. We would rent for longer periods if they allowed pets.

The property was beautiful! We slept with the windows open all night. The hot tub and creek was the highlight of the weekend. The house was spacious and fully stocked. My only complaint would be there was a noise that sounded like a vibrating alarm that kept waking up the light sleepers in the house every night. Traveler tip - the bus to vail is across the street on spruce way, make sure to scan the tracker to track the buses.

Very Nice Accommodation

My family of six enjoyed our stay very much. We especially liked the modern kitchen and master bath as well as the hot tub and large circular dining table that was perfect for family style meals and game nights.

Fantastic property- great location

This is a great property, close access to the Vail shuttle. Additionally, only 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, for those skiing there. Takes the same amount of time as the shuttle. All amenities, included heated floors, makes this place a dream!
