Muana lani dream vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Clean, spacious, with tons of amenities. The location could not have been better, and access to the beach club was amazing. The pool was great for a quick dip after days at the beaches and snorkeling. Can’t wait to come back!

First time on the Big Island

The townhouse was clean. It had all the amenities as listed. There was lots of room. There are lots of regular and beach towels to use. The laundry was useful to have and worked well. The kitchen had lots of appliances to use. The BBQ was also easy to use. There was 4 single speed bikes which we used to get around the area. The pool and hot tub area seemed nice though we mostly went to the beach. The Beach Club included with the stay is nice and the snorkelling is very good there. It was nice to walk along the shore and see all the ponds with fish. It's a reasonable walk to the ocean and the store from the location. Overall it is a very nice place to stay.

Comfortable Vacation Property

The property was as advertised. Very clean and it was obviously recently renovated. Well equipped and convenient. Joan was very good and quickly responsive to any needs.

Great Condo!

Very nice condo - very clean, great amenities, and tastefully decorated. When we did have a little issue with the air conditioning the condo owner was quick to respond and get it fixed.

Bikes in garage

Very clean. The bikes is the garage sold me. Very helpful. Just cruisers but got us around. There was shampoo and conditioner, soap. Nice place.

Amazing place

Couldn’t ask for a better stocked condo than this one. Had everything your heart desired for the beach. We cook most dinners in and very well equipped kitchen. Very secure area and very pretty surroundings. Private beach was perfect. Very clean when we arrived and would go back in a heartbeat.

Outstanding Stay!

We stayed at Joan’s place over Christmas. The pictures don’t do it justice - it was so much larger and more beautiful than we expected! It was fully stocked with all of the essentials (my son especially loved the high quality toilet paper!). It was also very clean. The location is great - we were near a grocery store and several restaurants/shops that we could walk to. There were lots of places to walk/run/bike in Mauna Lani. We made full use of the boogie boards, coolers, bikes and beach chairs and equipment that were available. The pool is very nice and not very crowded (and a short walk from the house). We also liked having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club which was a short drive from the house. Joan was always very responsive to my questions. We have stayed at many short term rentals and this is probably one of the best ones that we have stayed at.

Perfect in every way

We loved staying here. The Fairways is a nice location and a lovely complex and this unit was great: clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, plenty of towels, kitchen pantry items, bikes, beach/snorkel stuff. Our host Joan was responsive and gracious. We look forward to returning!

Great place in Hawaii

Property was exactly as described & perfect for our family with young children. Pool was great as it had a smaller toddler section, hot tub ok (only 8+ & was more of bathtub temp) The Muana Lani beach is perfect for young kids (ours are 2-8) & generally has very little wave activity as its very sheltered so great for snorkeling, swimming & playing in the sand.

Great place!

Very clean and well equipped. All kinds of pool/ocean toys, coolers and chairs. Kitchen was very well stocked including spices and condiments. Great location. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and condo in Mauna Lani complex

We had a fantastic time staying in this townhome. This was the best stocked VRBO that we have seen, from beach chairs, towels and toys, to a very well-stocked kitchen. Joan's communication was excellent, and she couldn't be nicer to deal with. My family of four (including our two teenage daughters) found this unit nicely comfortable and well-furnished. The bed in the primary bedroom is extremely comfortable. The Fairways subdivision is located in a great spot, easily accessible and close to everything, and has a nice pool that we used frequently. We definitely plan to stay in this townhome on our next visit to the Big Island.

Relaxing Stay

We are no strangers to Mauna Lani, but this was our first experience to The Fairways. The Fairways is a great place to stay, very quiet and private, with nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool/spa area almost every day. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We did have an issue with the upstairs TV not working, and the shower heads were "meh." But we had a wonderful experience overall.

Wonderful accommodations and location

Had every thing we needed. Loved the beach club and close to Hapuna Beach. Used the bikes a couple of times. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Friendly Comfort

This condo is in a well maintained gated community right off a beautiful golf course. This house is roomy, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The best perk is access to the private beach club. This cove actually has pretty good snorkeling with easy entry into the water. It is great little beach for small children, families, and people who just want to relax and enjoy the warm water. There is a restaurant at the club as well. The food is spendy, but the service is excellent. There is also a nice pool that is only steps from the house. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were cozy, and we had everything we needed for a nice stay in the area.

Relaxing and perfect base for island sightseeing!

Everything was very nice and quiet and we enjoyed all the amenities. Thanks for all the coolers, beach gear and a fully stocked spice rack and other condiments that made cooking in condo much easier.
