The location was perfect for walking and the amenities the owner supplies was fantastic! The furnishings and beds were comfortable as well and the house is well stocked in the kitchen if you choose to cook.

One week stay in May

We stayed here when our daughter graduated from ERAU. It really was a home away from home. This home was clean, well stocked and in a good location to downtown Prescott. Jennifer was so responsive to questions and needs. Would love to stay here again.

Weekend stay

This is a beautiful house with a big fenced in backyard; we were grateful to be able to bring our dog. Walking distance to town center. Gorgeous comfortable backyard shaded patio seating. I loved having morning coffee there!

Spacious Enough to Spread Out

There were five of us except for one evening when my husband's brother joined us for the evening. It was great to be able to get together for meals or games and then spread out for sleeping. With the exception of our eight-year-old grandson, we didn't watch tv, but there was lots of conversation both inside the home and outside on the patio. The owners provided lots of extra bedding so we could accommodate one overnight guest. There were even a couple of friendly neighborhood cats. Of course, the big draw is the easy walk to downtown Prescott.

Wonderful Stay in Prescott

We had a wonderful stay in Prescott for our sons graduation from Embry Riddle. The home was perfect for our needs and a close walk from downtown. The home was cozy and well equipped and the owners were gracious and attentive.

College Visit

Great place to stay. The location is in walkable distance to all the downtown restaurants. We loved all the room, very spacious and extremely clean. The coffee station was so cute and completely stocked with coffees and teas! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

Great stay in Prescott. Perfect location, walked to everything. Our dog loved playing in the fully fenced yard while we enjoyed the fire pit.

Great house, great location

My husband and I were visiting our daughter and her family. This house was great for cook outs on the large covered patio. Grandkids stayed over and loved it. Having a living room and a family room was perfect. Owner communication was great.

Cute House

My family stayed over Memorial weekend. It was nice to be able to walk to Whiskey Row, rather than having to fight for parking. The back patio is amazing. My kids loved the fireplace and ping pong table!

Charming and just like being home

My family and I traveled from California to attend my niece's wedding in Prescott. We stayed in this charming home, which had everything we needed and more. We truly loved it and will definitely be returning again.

Great back patio and location

We had 6 people stay here for my son's college graduation weekend. This place was even better than expected. Very close walk to Whiskey Row with a peaceful, charming, and comfortable courtyard style back deck. We gathered as a family on the patio to relax and enjoy the private backyard. The two separate and comfortable living room spaces came in handy. Kitchen had every item we needed. I would recommend this property!

Great Get Away Weekend

This house was wonderful! Plenty of room for the kids to run around. The adults thoroughly enjoyed the back patio and fire pit. They have everything you needed in the kitchen! The only thing I could complain about is we only got to stayed for two nights. Definitely would come back!

Wonderful stay

Perfect Place!

What a great place! Loved the location (so close to the Plaza Liquor & Pizza spot!) & the layout of the home. The back patio with fire pit was lovely to sit around at night. All the kitchenware was great as was the dining table with the benches to eat at. This was a solid choice for a family that needed a few separate spaces to themselves.

Wendi and Bill have both been Prescott residents for over 38 years and love living in Prescott. Wendi owned and operated a Mortgage Company in Prescott for 25 years and is currently a realtor with Bloom Tree Realty. Bill was raised in Prescott and is an owner and project manager for Haley Construction Company. We have three grown sons who were raised in Prescott. We are both well connected in the Prescott Community and are active in a number of community activities.

We recently purchased the Bridge Street house and have enjoyed updating it for others to enjoy while vacationing in Prescott. Even though the house was in excellent condition when we purchased it we continued to improve and update it. The home has a special charm and even though it is in downtown Prescott the large yard area offers privacy not normally seen in downtown housing.

The Bridge Street home is exceptionally clean, has a large fenced yard, and its downtown location is second to none. It is 5 minutes from the Downtown Courthouse with its spectacular Christmas lighting, Sharlot Hall Museum, restaurants, bars shopping and much more. The Casita sleeps 2 and offers a separate area for extra privacy. The large Family Room in the house can easily sleep 2 in a Queen Sized blow up bed.
