The Space
Our home is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, featuring a king bed, two full-size beds, and a pull-out couch with a full-size mattress, making it ideal for families. The fully screened lanai offers a cozy outdoor space with furniture for everyone to relax, while an in-home washer and dryer add extra convenience for extended stays.

We also provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, toiletries (shampoo, body wash), paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry detergent. This kit is generally sufficient for shorter stays; guests are responsible for additional supplies as needed.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home, including the front and backyard. There’s free driveway parking with space for at least two cars, plus street parking if needed.

Other Things to Note
Bi-weekly lawn maintenance is scheduled to keep the property well-maintained. Our lawn service team may enter the yard for this purpose.
