- Stays of to 15–29 nights: $35/day

Security Deposit (refundable):

- $250 required at check-in (credit card only).
- Refunded within 5–7 business days after check-out, subject to inspection
- Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution

Valet Parking (optional):

- 1–7 days: $35/day

- Monthly: $650
- Stays of 6 months or more: $480/month

🕗 Regular Hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM):
• Cost per package: $5.50 (including taxes and service fee)

🌙 After Hours (Outside of regular hours):
• Cost per package: $27.50

• If the package is under someone else's name, you’ll still need your ID.
• Owners don’t pay, unless the package is addressed to someone else.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Lyfe Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities right there and in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.

The Aventura Mall is about 20 minutes drive; the beach is just steps away. Guests of the resort can also quickly get to the Gulfstream Park (minutes away), Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest (restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars and clubs).

Getting Around:
Public Transportation:

Broward County Transit (BCT): Provides bus services around Hollywood and the greater Broward County area. There are several bus stops along Ocean Drive, connecting guests to key destinations like Aventura Mall, Downtown Hollywood, and other nearby attractions.

Miami-Dade Transit: Accessible for those looking to explore areas further south, like Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, and Brickell. The nearby Golden Glades Park & Ride is a major transit hub connecting Hollywood with Miami-Dade County.

Other Things to Note:
At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register them at the hotel to facilitate your check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before your arrival, the reservation will be canceled.
