We thoroughly appreciated the communications provided by the host. Initially had a few teething issues, with the keylock code not working, and a smell in the bedroom and the living area, but this was rectified and a cleaning crew came in twice for it. Place is perfectly situated (with car use) but a bit less so if on foot, or public transportation. The laundry in the shed and the kitchen are always welcome especially as our booking was over 2 weeks long! Thanks again for a suitable stay for us!

Pros: Good comms with host, very friendly.Lots of beds (triple bunk, full size, and pull out couch)Walking proximity to city park Kid friendly - had 4 kids under the age of 11 and nothing got broken lolStrong internet connection Quiet neighborhood Close to markets/gas stations - Good location Lots of clean linens/bedding and extras (detergent, fully stocked kitchen)Private parkingAffordable for San DiegoCons:Terrible a/c unit - smelled so bad we couldn't use it so I had to buy fans to put in the house to circulate air.The smell hurt my throat so I didn't sleep well.Dusty unit, lots of hair balls, spider websLaundry room shed had lots of spiders and webs, trash behind washer/dryer is a fire hazard.Washing machine only pushed out hot water so it ruined a load of my clothes.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in San Diego und in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Rebecca hat super geklappt. Sie hat uns die nötigen Infos für den Check In zur rightigen Zeit gegeben und war während des Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und perfekt ausgestattet, inkl Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vor allem die Küche haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und haben sehr viel selbst gekocht. Es fehlten lediglich eine Schere und ein Gemüsemesser. Rebecca hat uns daraufhin blitzschnell einen weiteren Messerblock organisiert - vielen Dank noch einmal! Sie ist eine sehr bemühte Gastgeberin, der viel daran liegt, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Einzig der Garten könnte mal wieder gemacht werden, damit man ihn gut nutzen kann, ansonsten war alles gut.
