After adventure-filled days, retreat to your private oasis and enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the pool, a serene soak in the hot tub, or spend quality time around the fire pit. This spacious home was built in 1939 and renovated with a South Seas, nautical flair over the years, with completely unique, handcrafted touches throughout. The open, ranch-style floor plan is light, airy, and incredibly inviting. The cozy living area with wood burning fireplace and LED smart TV leads into the dining area with a formal dining table and breakfast nook for seating. The kitchen is open to both dining areas with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for cooking and entertaining.



This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite featuring a Captain’s quarters theme with king size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and patio access.



Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The home has an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.

- There is an additional fee of $75 per day to heat the POOL AND SPA/HOT TUB. If you would prefer for these to be heated, please let us know of this request ahead of your stay. To add this to your stay please contact us prior to arrival.

- 2 covered parking spaces are available in the garage. Additional parking spaces on the street.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Two cameras are located on the property - a Ring security camera on the front door and a camera facing the alley behind the garage. These cameras actively record for security.
