The Space:

Whether you’re making a splash in either of the 2 inground swimming pools, relaxing in the hot tub, grabbing a bite and a drink at the tiki bar, market, or restaurant, or getting the adrenaline pumping on the tennis courts or in the fitness center, there’s so much for you to see and do!



As you head out to explore the greater area, St. Andrews State Park is less than 4 miles away offering many oceanfront trails, or you can venture to Pine Log State Forest or Conservation Park where inland trails and boardwalks are perfect for walking, hiking, and bicycling amid the trees and marshland. For shopaholics, a trip to the outdoor mall at Pier Park is a must. From over 120 stores including name-brand retailers, to an IMAX theater and laser tag, there’s something for the entire family to enjoy. When it’s time to feed your appetite there are dozens of dining options to choose from, including seafood staples with oceanfront views like Runaway Island or Pineapple Willy’s.



The home’s fresh and cool interior offers comfortable furnishings and coastal-chic décor, inviting you to kick up your feet and relax after long days exploring the great outdoors. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room while you stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TV. The open floorplan organically flows you into the kitchen, well-equipped for all your mealtime endeavors with full-sized appliances and ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Between the formal table with seating for 4 and 2 high-top stools at the counter, everyone will have the opportunity to dine together in great company.



This home sleeps 5 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a hallway nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The Jack & Jill-style ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Per the Summit policy, max occupancy is 5 people for this unit.

• Communal laundry available on site.

• Guests will check in at the front desk. Please note that there is a $27 fee to the resort for one Parking Pass and five Wristbands. Additional parking passes may be purchased based on availability.

• This unit is located on the 13th floor.



Seasonal Beach Chair Service: Complimentary beach chair service is available for guests from March 1 through October 31. Simply stop by the beach kiosk, provide your unit number (Summit 1325), and the attendant will assist you. The setup includes two beach chairs and one umbrella at no additional cost.

HOUSE RULES:

• This property is non-smoking.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in unassigned spaces at any time.

• Always observe quiet hours after 10PM, as there are neighbors close by.

• No pets allowed.

• DO NOT have any doors or windows open while the AC is on to avoid HVAC damage.

• You must be 25 yrs old to rent out the property. Any breaking of the age requirement will result in immediate cancellation of their reservation and a fine up to $1000.
