Great property managers. Very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Home was clean and had all the amenities you need. Plenty of parking, pool was relaxing and not crowded, plenty of grills and picnic tables, tvs in each room with cable and fast internet. Highly recommend this home!

Excellent property and very attentive customer service. This house was the best beach style decorated place. It had everything we needed and was such a wonderful place to stay on our trip. Joel was very quick to handle any questions I had and help me get into the property. I would 100 percent recommend staying in this vacation home and working with this company. Thanks for a great vacation rental!

気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション
Initially, an overall fair property, but as we looked closer the cleanliness of the property was the biggest issue. We thought that for the price, the location, pool, and size of the unit was as expected, however cleanliness was very poor. The linens and comforters were all stained and ill smelling, from the master bed to the pull out couch downstairs. We found one roach in the kitchen and also some tar (from the beach) that was smeared over the door and counter of a room upstairs. Communication and follow through was not very good, as we were told we would get new linens and towels first thing in the morning after our first night, however someone from the housekeeping did not show until noon the next day right as we were leaving to the beach. We expected the linens and comforters to be changed, as we agreed to the house keeper having access to the unit while we were away to the beach, only to come back and the new comforters/linens were in a plastic bag on top of the beds in the rooms upstairs. Just not great service. Overall our experience with this unit was poor, but it definitely didn’t ruin our time as a family, just an inconvenience to deal with. Next time we will definitely pay the extra premium to stay at in a nicer community that is overall more hospitable with better service.
