The one bedroom appt was clean and comfortable. The location, approx three blocks from downtown and four from west bay, was very convenient. We walked each day to west bay marina, and through Hanna Park via Union and Cass Streets. A nice stay and for a competitive price.

This TC Condo worked out great for me and my daughter's weekend get together. Just a few blocks from boutiques and restaurants. Close to water for runs and walks along the paths. Condo had everything we needed. We'd stay there again the next time we visit TC.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people and is close to the action in the downtown area. Two issues that kept this from being a 5 star review....We were not given the unit number with our check in information so it took a bit of time to get it before we could settle in. Also, we were told parking was available if there was on open space in the lot in back of the complex and there was no need to display a sticker on the dash. Our car was towed and we spent most of one morning dealing with that. The owner did reimburse the towing fee so besides the inconvenience she made it right. It would also be informative if recycling info was provided. I would still recommend this rental in spite of these mishaps.

This condo is perfectly located so that you can walk to the beach, downtown and a wide variety of restaurants. The owner is not very communicative as I had emailed to inquire about the coffee wanting to know do we need filters and coffee or Keurig cups as it is not listed under the amenities and we did not get any response back at all. Also had asked about bathroom towels being included as they were not listed either and we did not want to assume. Other than that, the place is quite charming!

When we got there, the place had not yet been cleaned from the previous visitors (Bed’s slept in, garbage all over). The host was super responsive & able to get a cleaner there quickly. We walked down town for dinner & shops and it was ready by the time we were heading back.The location was perfect, walkable to downtown & central to everything we wanted to do!
