While our overall style remains consistent, please note that the specific view, layout, and interior design may differ from one space to another. After booking, guests are required to provide a photo of their ID, and submit a $250 refundable deposit.
Guest Verification & Booking Requirements
To comply with legal and HOA regulations, the primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. By completing this reservation, you agree to our rental terms and commit to signing a rental usage agreement.
Prior to check-in, you must successfully pass through our secure verification portal. This requires:
A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
A matching credit card.
Confirmation of your contact information.
A criminal background check (only if mandated by the building or property management).
