The house was easy to find in nice quiet neighborhood. The yards were well maintained and fenced backyard with play set perfect for children to be entertained. The house was clean and spacious semi-open concept with living room, dining room and kitchen. Good storage and well stocked in kitchen. The only negatives were hard mattresses, and peeling paint in tubs (but not so bad that you’d be grossed out over).Even with the hard mattresses…we’d probably pick this house again…for a 2-3 night stay.

Oscar was very informative from the beginning regarding our stay. The house and rooms were clean. He also let us know about the check-out procedures which was very helpful. We will definitely be staying again should we visit Savannah again.

Loved the Cozy Retreat!

We loved everything about our stay - - the house was well-furnished and comfortable, the location was great (close to Savannah but far enough away to avoid congestion). We're looking forward to staying here again when we're in Savannah for an extended visit.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had family in town from all corners of the country after my mother’s passing. Oscar was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The bedrooms were comfortable. The real standout of this property was the great backyard with a dining table, fire pit and little swing set. Highly recommend booking this property for a stay in Richmond Hill or even Savannah.

Lovely House

I rented this house so that we would have a clean and dry place to keep our Wives while we were engaged at our living history event this weekend. It was absolutely perfect for us all!

We were there for a wedding in Richmond Hill and this home was only 7 minutes from the venue. Very clean nice neighborhood. however, the night before we left we were sitting outside and heard several gun shots not too far off and then lots of sirens, we found out the next morning one person was killed and another injured at an apartment complex about a mile away.

気になった点 : 清潔度
Overall, this was a good stay. The area was family friendly, the host was responsive, and they were able to accommodate a late check out. The backyard was great with a fire pit, string lights, and a kids playground (which came in handy when we had to stay around the house due to an unexpected illness). It would have been 5 stars, but, there were some cleanliness factors that came into play. The trash can rim had food left in it (including the cut top of a pepper), the bath tub could have used some scrubbing, and there were hairs on the bedsheets. There was also a remote missing from one of the bedrooms and dead batteries in two others.

The house was everything we needed. One small buck up with signing the contract but the owner’s communication was excellent in finding the solution. Will definitely use it again!
