The Perfect Spot- 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in the Heart of Gainesville! This beautiful home is only 1.25 miles to UF Stadium, less than 1 mile to Midtown, 2 miles from Shands Hospital, and close to many local favorite restaurants. The driveway is big enough to accommodate 2-3 cars. There is also extra free parkIng along the street just in front of the home. Property Highlights- LOCATION, hardwood floors throughout, spacious living areas, WiFi, comfortable beds, central AC and heating
BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed and private bathroom, bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, and bedroom 3 has trundle bed with two twin sized mattresses. There is a second bathroom in the between the second and third bedrooms. There is an extra room where we can add a queen blow up mattress if needed.
FAMILY ROOM:
The spacious living room has a 65 inch Smart Tv, so you can log into all of your favorite streaming apps. There is plenty of room to relax while watching your favorite shows as you spend time with friends, family, or both. There are also board games and a foosball table available for added entertainment.

We offer our guests the fastest internet that our providers offer, Cox gigablast.
LIVING ROOM
A formal living room with a fireplace greets you as you enter this charming historic home.
DINING ROOM:
There is enough space to comfortably seat 6 at the dining table. There is also a foldout table and chairs that can accommodate 4 additional guests.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water. All your basic kitchen supplies such as plates, cups, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. There is also a combination coffee pot and k-cup maker as well as a toaster.
OUTDOOR:
After a busy day, head to the backyard to unwind on the spacious outdoor deck that is surrounded by a fully fenced backyard. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a fun evening outdoors.

オーナー : John Goodnight
John and Meredith are the owners and property managers. This was our first house after graduating from UF and where we started growing our family. We have been in Gainesville many years, so we know a lot about the highlights of this area. We are excited to share this special property with our guests. We lived in this house for over 15 years. John works at the VA as a social worker with homeless veterans and Meredith is an elementary school teacher. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The Oak View neighborhood is close to downtown, Midtown and UF. It is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lots of old Oak Trees. You will love the location and the deck out back.

This is a beautiful house with a lot of character. You will enjoy the relaxing vibe while home, but It's close to all the action at UF, downtown, and Midtown. The appliances and HVAC system are all updated. There are hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. The spacious deck out back is perfect for relaxing or having fun with friends and family. There is a park about a block away. Cypress and Grove Brewery and Afternoon Restaurant are just down the street.
