This Jensen Beach estate consisting of two houses (Main House and Cottage) boasts 7 inviting bedrooms, including 5 king beds and 2 queen beds. Each house has its own fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and living room. Enjoy time in the screened upper level of the Cottage with a ping pong table, bar area, hammock and plenty of seating! The pool at the Main House is heated for your enjoyment!
With Savanah views and a private dock on the Intercostal Waterway this property has all the charm to make you feel like you are on vacation the minute you arrive. With 8 bathrooms equipped with essential amenities like hair dryers and bathtubs, this estate offers the ultimate comfort and convenience.

I’m a 3rd generation south Florida local. I’m a contractor and a family man. This property was born out of a vision for the future when I get to retire and still want a comfortable place for family to return to as my kids start families of their own. To me, this is what Florida was like growing up and Jensen Beach is the perfect representation of what makes Florida great.

I choose Jensen Beach because it is so relaxed and still has the southern Florida charm and hospitality that I knew as a child. I currently live further south and the pace has quickened and the charm is mostly gone, but Jensen beach and the surrounding coastal towns have great people, culture and a real community vibe.
この宿泊施設の特徴
This property is unique because it is between The State Savannah Preserve and the intercostal waterway. The waterway is about a mile wide in this area and we have a 500’ dock that extends out into deep water access. While many of the homes on the drive sit along the drive and boast views of the intercostal, our property is set back on the Savannah side. You are very close to town but when you are on property you feel like you are in a secluded oasis.
