The cabin was very cozy. We took advantage of the wood burner and the hot tub while we watched the snow fall on the mountains form the AMAZING views.

This cabin is amazing! It’s very comfortable and modern. The mountain views are amazing. It’s very close to the trail to Saint Mary’s glacier. Just make sure you can handle the stairs to take your luggage in and out down to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! It felt like a dream walking in. It was our first trip as a family of 4 with two toddlers and we couldnt imagine it cozier. The house had all of the amenities, and communication was fantastic. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of the woods. Highly recommend it!

The only drawback was the high wind while we were trying to load in and out - otherwise, it is a beautiful and very thoughful retreat.

Beautiful place, exactly what my husband wanted to wake up to for his 30th birthday. Everything was clean & well stocked up. Other then the stairs getting to the house was sorta a struggle for few family members just as heads up lol. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

Best rental experience for me so far

My family loved this property and the main reasons being:The home was beautiful and the location excellent The home was fully stocked with everything you could needThe hot tub was great even in the snowThe bedding was very comfortable and high quality Lots of amenities for the kids(PlayStation, board games)I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the mountains outside of Denver

This house is beautiful and they really thought about all the details! What an incredible location! although not for the unadventurous as 10,000ft elevation is a whole different world! The hosts were EXTREMELY good with communication. There are steps to get to the house from the parking area which I understood from the listing. I just didn’t understand how many! And that was a challenge for a few of the people in our group. So make sure everyone is very comfortable with outside steps. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Mountain Oasis for our elopment

My partner and I met in Colorado and have since moved out of state - we knew when it was time that we wanted to come back to the mountains to elope. Pines & Peaks was absolutely perfect! The view both from the house and the hot tub was immaculate. We kept commenting the whole time we were there that everything in the home was high quality and did not feel like any corners were cut as they can be for some rental properties. There is even a heated mat on the deck to get into the hot tub! The stairs down to the property are no joke - be prepared to carry any luggage and groceries down when you get there. The drive up the mountain was very easy, and the road was nicely plowed as we went to leave despite nearly a foot of snowfall! Hosts were sure to check in throughout the stay and were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 2 families with our stay and a total of 9 people. Spectacular views and great hosts. The place was very clean and there was plenty of space for us all. We went to Red Rocks amphitheater and needed a place to accommodate us all. This was about 40 mins away and close to Idaho Springs. We did some white water rafting and nearby is the St Mary’s Glacier trailhead. Strongly suggest doing the short hike up. Stunning views.

Beautiful cabin with amazing mountain views! Very clean, easy check-in, and fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. The hot tub was fantastic, and I loved the bathtub and master bedroom. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
