Sleeping Arrangements:
Master: 1 Full, 1 Twin Bed
Second Bedroom: 1 Twin on Full Bunk Bed, 1 Twin Futon Sofa
Living Room: 1 Convertible Twin Bed

Things to Remember:

Pet Friendly: A $75 pet fee applies (maximum of 1 pet).

Parking: There is 1 reserved parking space included.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Gear & Other Essentials: For your beach days, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart are provided. If you need additional items, we can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Comfort and Convenience:
This condo offers a practical layout designed to accommodate up to six guests. The living area provides a comfortable place to relax and includes a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and essential cookware for preparing meals. Guests can dine indoors or step outside to the private patio or balcony to enjoy fresh air. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and access to an outdoor grill area.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Property was very nice. We never found the washer, dryer or outside shower. Very difficult getting down from top bunk. Otherwise property was great.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean and spacious. Our dog loved to sit on the deck and watch people down on the street. She also loved walking the boardwalk in the early mornings and meeting all the other dogs in town. It is the quiet end of the boardwalk but easy to walk over to all the action at the convention center and beyond. And there's a cute cafe for coffee and breakfast around the corner. This was such a find!

This seashore apartment was fabulous. The host decorated the apartment beautifully and provided all essentials for a wonderful 10-day stay. My wife and I stayed at the apartment for 10 days and we had a wonderful time. The rental was spotless, beautifully decorated and the host provided all essentials to make our stay enjoyable. The property is one block from the beach and near restaurants. The communication with the owner and management company was fantastic. We will definitely be back again.
