This beautiful, second level, pet friendly condo located at the Hughes Retreat Condos in Kill Devil Hills is the perfect spot for an Outer Banks vacation. Guests will enjoy the open feel of this condo thanks to 9 ft. ceilings and the spacious layout, along with comfortable decor. Latitude Adjustment features an elevator and keyless entry making the check-in process a breeze. Three bedrooms: one king bedroom, with an en suite bathroom, and two others with queen beds. Ocean views are available from the king bedroom and the private balcony off of the living room.
Located centrally on the Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head border at milepost 9.5, Latitude Adjustment is truly in the middle of all the Outer Banks has to offer. Beach access is 1500 feet away across Rt. 12 (the Beach Road). For the history buffs, the birthplace of flight at the Wright Brothers Monument is just to the north. Adventure southwards to Jockey’s Ridge State Park for stunning views and a perfect spot to fly a kite. Enjoy a day trip to see the Village of Duck, the wild horses of Corolla or the quaint town of Manteo on Roanoke Island.
Latitude Adjustment has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room table and additional bar seating. Extras include a private washer and dryer, WiFi, beach cart, outdoor shower and covered parking. There is also a community area featuring park style grills and picnic tables. This delightful 3-bedroom 2 bath oceanside condo will provide a vacation to remember.
Sheets and towels are included for full week rentals.
This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
The community pool is generally open from early May through September.
