Views, views, views! Come stay at my home in historic Point Richmond. Built in 1909, this architectural gem sits a block away from the water and boasts unobstructed views of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, the Bay Bridge and Mt. Tam. Relax on one of two decks and, literally, watch the ships roll in!

Perfect quiet WFH retreat for San Francisco or Marin. Wonderful home for visiting kids at Berkeley. Excellent home base for Napa wine and golf trips.

Light, spacious, open. There is plenty of space (~2000 ft sq) to relax and enjoy. Master Bathroom and Kitchen both renovated in 2025!

What a wonderful stay at this impeccable home--and he is not kidding about the spectacular views! The house was immaculate when we checked in. The check in process was a breeze, and the owner was a great communicator without invading our private time. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Parking is close to the house at the rear with easy access to the entry door. We had to go into San Francisco several times while we were there and it was a breeze--so nice to return to this peaceful haven! We stayed for 4 nights and truly wished we could have stayed longer. We cannot wait until we have the opportunity to stay again!

Amazing Home

This place was beyond our expectations, and provided the perfect environment to meet up with my siblings and spouses. The house reminded us of our Bay Area childhood home, but with all the modern conveniences and a great separation of space. Each bedroom felt private and spacious. The view was over the top spectacular, and we would gladly come back again. Steve was an attentive host, without ever being intrusive. Great location.

Short but sweet

We all wished we could have stayed at Steve house much longer. It was perfect…like coming home. The house, the amenities, the attention to details, the view, the location, it had it all. Obviously a home that has been lived and cared for! Thank you Steve!
