The Space:
Welcome to Gramercy Manor, an expansive 3,000-square-foot triplex set along a charming, tree-lined block in Gramercy. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence welcomes you with a grand staircase leading to the parlor floor, where 12-foot ceilings, three oversized windows, and a marble fireplace create an open, loft-like living space. A piano adds a touch of elegance, while the open chef’s kitchen, featuring a center island, flows seamlessly to a deck with direct access to a private, landscaped outdoor space which includes a BBQ grill and comfortable seating for casual entertaining.
The upper levels offer four spacious bedrooms, a versatile office or den, and four and a half baths. The luxurious primary suite includes a five-piece en-suite bathroom with a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub, providing a spa-like retreat. Located in the heart of Gramercy, this exceptional home is just moments from top dining, shopping, and local attractions.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Families with small children are welcome however, please be mindful that the property lacks window guards, and the stairs may not be suitable for younger guests. Please keep this in mind before booking.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
For all length of stays, there will be a $5,000 security deposit. All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.
