Owner Approval: This property may require additional owner approval to confirm the reservation, and all reservations are subject to a background check within a 72 hour notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the stay.



Note, the lease is signed directly with the home owner after booking is confirmed.



The fireplaces are purely decorative and not functional.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

A security deposit equivalent to half a month’s rent will be required for all stays under 3 months, and a full month’s rent for stays of 3 months or longer.



This property requires a cash security deposit equivalent to one month's rent for stays of 30 nights or longer. This security deposit is payable via bank transfer, and will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.
