The Cobbly Nob area just outside Gatlinburg offers the perfect blend of peaceful mountain living and convenient access to everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer. Surrounded by forested ridges and the sounds of the nearby river, the community feels tucked away in nature, where mornings often begin with mist rolling through the valleys and wildlife passing quietly through the trees.

One of the most special features of the area is its proximity to Greenbrier, one of the most beautiful and lesser-known sections of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Greenbrier is loved by locals for its crystal-clear mountain streams, peaceful picnic areas, and scenic hiking trails that feel far removed from the busier parts of the park.

While Cobbly Nob offers a quiet, private mountain setting, it’s still only about a 20-minute scenic drive into town or to the national park. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax, enjoy the beauty of the Smokies, and still be close to everything that makes the area special.
