Free street parking is available, as well as parking at the rear of the house. Please note that the parking area behind the home is shared with the downstairs unit. While a car is recommended, Uber and Lyft services are also available in the area.

Please note that there may be guests in the neighboring downstairs unit during your stay. We strive to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a harmonious environment.

The front porch, front door, foyer, and parking area behind the home are shared spaces with the guests of the downstairs unit.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet located in the hallway next to the bathroom which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to 2 dogs per stay for a $50 fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide laundry supplies.

Our daughter attends VCU and could not come home for Christmas due to work so we decided to come here. It had everything we needed. Very clean and comfy. We even brought our dog.

New Build, but tiny water heater

Pros: newly built and clean. Property Manager responsiveCons: Advertises sleeps up to 6, but water heater only allows hot water for 20-30m continuous so not sufficient for accommodating 6 people. We had to shower with cold water multiple nights or wait an extended amount of time in between showers, which is not ideal. The area was also very rough.
