This Beautiful large home has 4 bedrooms,2 baths, Jacuzzi tub and NEW HOT TUB !. It is a perfect fit for large groups or 2 family needs for a comfortable stay.

The Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bath which has a beautiful corner Jacuzzi tub & large shower stall stall. This bathroom is located on the main floor off of the main living room area.

The main floor has another bedroom with a double bed in it.
The basement has the games room and 2 bedrooms & a 5 piece bath.
The 2 large bedrooms have 2 x double bamboo top beds in each of them and one room has a single bed also.

The games room has a pool table, ping pong table & a fooz ball table.
This home has an open concept Muskoka room in the upper level. A large basement walk out to a 44 x 12 ft deck and the NEW HOT TUB installed in Sept 2025.

This Fall & Winter 2025 /26 we have added supplying partial linens, We supply bed sheets & comforters, We DO NOT SUPPLY Pillow or Towels. Kitchen Towels and clothes along with dishwasher soap is supplied by us.

Summer 2026 we have very limited OPENINGS, if you would like to inquire about a stay please inquire by Feb 1st. By Feb 1st our regular return guests may choose to not come and OPENINGS become available. Family reunion OPENINGS 2026 July 4-11 is OPEN ( up to 40 Guests)

SPRING fishing we have many groups, if you want to organize or inquire about a group fishing trip please do so my March 30, 2026. We can accommodate up to 40 persons and have rental fishing boats and package pricing.


Winter 2025/26 we offer FREE to use our Snow Shoes (4 of), and Cross country Skis and Boots. There is a small toboggan hill on or property and we do also have some sleighs you can use. The lake freezes in Late December and we have shovels you can use to build an ice skating area. Ice fishing is good out front of the home and if you are an ice fishing person bring your gear to fish, we do not have ice fishing gear.


The home has a private fire pit area of the lake. we supply the 1st load of wood for free and then they are $15 for each load . NOVEMBER & DECEMBER Camp fire wood is FREE
Do Not Transfer bait or wood to our property. It is illegal in Ontario and if you have either we will confiscate it and destroy it. We have bait a our shop and there are suppliers in Restoule and Trout Creek on your way to the cottage. It is also illegal to transport bait in Ontario.
