Your cozy getaway awaits in Cape Coral at this excellent house. With 4 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin bed or twin with trundle (for a kid) this property offers plenty of space for guests to unwind. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer for added convenience. A living room with a futon with extra provided cushion is extra spot to relax or sleep. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
The plus of the house is the extended deck to enjoy the serenity of the freshwater or just for getaway fishing ***Pool is not Heated***

We enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with numerous nearby amenities. The house was spacious, clean and adequately equipped. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were easy. We would book again.

Very responsive host with excellent communications. The home is nearly new, well appointed, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and lanai too!

This home is superb!

This home was superb! Everything was new, nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The neighbors were very friendly, helpful, and respectful. The location was close to stores and churches. During the day you could walk the neighborhood and at night sit on the fishing dock and stargaze. Swimming laps in the pool was wonderful too. Liz, the owner was very gracious and accommodating. She told us she would like her customers to feel like they were in a 5-star hotel. Mission accomplished! We enjoyed our one-month stay in this location. We wish we could live there permanently!

Liz was extremely accommodating. The house was clean, spacious and well organized. We were surprised that utilizing the heater for the pool was an extra charge of 25 per day.The fishing dock on the can was very nice.We enjoyed our stay.

¡Nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente maravillosa! La propiedad superó todas nuestras expectativas: impecablemente limpia, con una decoración encantadora y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de atracciones clave pero lo suficientemente tranquila para relajarnos. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento y rápido en responder cualquier duda, lo que hizo que el proceso fuera aún más fácil. Definitivamente planeamos volver en el futuro. ¡Altamente recomendado!"
