This property was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. From the keurig machine, beach chairs, umbrella and even a lighter to light a candle for my birthday cake. The convenience of the beach access was perfect in the views from the balcony in the evenings were awesome. Would definitely rebook, communication with the owner was ideal. Gave us a lot of ideas on where to eat. He was just overall a nice person.

Unit not ready; no air conditioning

The unit was not ready at our check-in time with the sheets in the washer. Was told by owner that someone would be "right over". That never happened and we had to make the bed ourselves (not a big deal). The bigger issue was that the air conditioning didn't work, we were blamed for not using the thermostat correctly, the owner made no effort to relocate us and we were reimbursed about 50% for what a night of lodging would cost for 5 adults on AMI. The air conditioner was repaired the next day and was caused by a leak on roof.

Great Stay

You can't beat the location of this apartment/condo. Its right next to the beach with a view of the sunset everyday. It contained everything to ensure a good stay; pool accessories, a fine kitchen, and comfortable beds.We will be anxious to stay again.

Great Location and Amenities!

This was perfect for our family of 5 - a fully stocked kitchen including a crock pot, toaster and coffee maker, washer/dryer and two bathrooms and all the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and sand/water toys needed to enjoy the beach. There were even coolers for hauling snacks to the beach. Oh and HOOKS everywhere! I loved that there were so many places to hang towels, swimsuits and hats, so great! The walk across the street to the beach was great - the two-lane hwy we needed to cross was a little busy (it's the only through road on that narrow part of the island) but there's a crosswalk and drivers are very courteous about letting pedestrians cross.We enjoyed the condo's private pool and hot tub on a cooler evening. The view out of the condo's living room balcony was of the ocean, palm trees (and busy hwy, but that's OK).My only complaint is that the bed was too soft for my poor back - but I survived and I know that's a personal preference. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place to others!!

Condo was very nice and clean and the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. So peaceful sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean. We were at the perfect location to walk across street to the beach and was able to walk to Bridge Street, Island Time, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Coquina Beach Market. Would love to go back!

Back to AMI with Family

Loved our time here. We have stayed on AMI several times before and have even stayed at another unit. We really loved sitting out and seeing the Gulf from the front porch. Pool, hot tub and grill were all used when not across the street enjoying the sand and sounds of the Gulf. If anything- we over packed/ bought as the condo had extras not listed- umbrellas, toys, coolers, spices, coffee pots (k-cup and drip), and lots of little touches that added to the well stocked space. We walked to many spots on bridge street for food and fun with the kids. Enjoyed Coquina Beach market as well. Great to be back on AMI.

Bradenton Beach - Spring Break

The property was everything we expected (kitchen was fully stocked) with the exception of roof construction which took away from our experience (being we were on the top floor) but the owner was very responsive and graciously gave us some perks that made up for the inconvenience.

Beach and Baseball Week

We were very happy to see Anna Maria Island getting back to normal after last year’s hurricanes. The condo was very nice, well equipped and clean. The property is directly across the road from the beach and the sunsets from the front lanai were beautiful. There is a pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball court. And, we were less than 30 minutes from Ed Smith Stadium where Orioles Spring Training happens. Our only concerns were having to walk up two flights of stairs with suitcases and groceries (we did not realize the condo was on the top floor) and the road in front of the condo was noisy, smelly and very busy at times. But overall, the condo was comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay. The rating should be 4.5 stars

Beach Front

This property was perfect for our stay. It sits across a busy street from the beach. The layout is perfect for a family. It has washer, dryer, and tvs in every room. It might be hard for people who can’t walk up four sets of stairs. We would go back!

Worth it

Beautiful beach and bay on each side of condo! Everything was clean and decorated nice! The stairs to the door were not an issue for us but, may be for anyone with mobility issues. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly. Stingrays and manatees were seen in the bay behind the condo! We visit here annually, sometimes twice and I would stay here again!

Wonderful Condo with a view of Paradise!

Took my daughter and a few of her friends on a girls weekend to celebrate her birthday! Had a wonderful time! Dawn was so helpful. Check in was easy, the condo had everything we needed to make our stay as easy as possible! Just a few steps and you're on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. We saw dolphins, manatees, tons of fish, caught a tiny crab and even spotted a small sting ray swim by. After a long day at the beach the pool was just right! Condo is tastefully decorated and very clean. Sunsets on the balcony were amazing!

Great rental with amazing beach views

We loved the location and proximity to the beach and walking distance to Historic Bridge street. Unit was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. There were beach chairs and umbrellas as well as other beach items for kids to play in the sand for use, washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub were a perk. We even barbecued outdoors near picnic benches and grill. Great trip, hope to stay there again.

A must stay unit for the beautiful Braedenton Beach area

Loved everything about this condo. It was roomy, extremely well stocked, within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment, pool and hot tub, beach directly across the street, balcony, and a beach view every minute. Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with great amenities ! Very clean condo! Great location ! Right across from the beach and short walk to several restaurants and shops! Owners were easy to work with and very helpful! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Perfect location for the beach

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect for the beach. All I had to drink was walk across the street. It was great to watch the tide from the comfort of the balcony.

Great Experience

We basically parked our car after loading up on groceries. There are great places to eat, shop and just stroll all around the area. The beach access is just a walk across the road. There is washer/dryer to use which was such a blessing since we flew into Florida. The whole experience from booking to checking out was super easy. We plan to visit again.
