Allison was very responsive. House was clean and as described. Comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Nice to have a garage, Neighborhood is very quiet. Only 10 min drive to the Mayo Center. Would stay again if we ever return to Rochester!

The home was very comfortable and well equipped. Location was perfect for our needs with grocery and dining options nearby. Our host, Allison, was easy to reach with any questions we had before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect would be the one word I would use to describe the house. While we weren’t there for a vacation, we did have several appointments at the Mayo Clinic that ended up spanning the two weeks we had reserved the property. So, that worked out perfectly time wise. Time to the Mayo Clinic was about 10 or so minutes, making the location very convenient. We didn’t use the pool, which was not open anyway, and we had no desire to cook while there, so we got to try a lot of the local restaurants. Had we wanted to make our own meals, everything we would have needed was there. But as a place to call home for the two weeks, it was perfect. Tastefully decorated, we did not feel like we were staying in someone’s residence. Everything was clean, and in excellent condition. All types of supplies pertaining to maintaining a household were well stocked. One nice touch is that we were able to meet our host, Allison. Some might like to keep it impersonal, but for us it added to the experience. All in all, perfect is the word.

Nice, comfortable, new home in quiet neighborhood

This home was a fabulous place to stay. The house was very well stocked with supplies and all necessary appliances and kitchen tools. The house was very clean and the host was pleasant and responsive to messages.

Perfect post transplant

My son and I stayed for a month post transplant. House had ample room for both of us. House was newly built Neighborhood very quiet. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Also very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend
