When you stay at one of my properties, you aren't just booking a room; you are experiencing a standard of care built on empathy and professional excellence.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose the W Georgia Street area because it represents the very best of Tallahassee’s 'Capitol Charm.' It is a vibrant residential pocket that perfectly balances peace and proximity. You are within walking distance or a two-minute drive of the energy of the FSU campus and the culinary delights of Midtown (like Liberty Bar and Kool Beanz), yet the neighborhood remains a quiet sanctuary. It’s a place where you can feel the heartbeat of the city during the day and enjoy absolute tranquility during our strictly enforced quiet hours at night.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This 1959 bungalow is a rare find in the city—a spacious 1,200 sq. ft. home that offers a unique 'dual-wing' layout, providing unmatched privacy for families or colleagues traveling together. While many local rentals are compact, our home features high ceilings, a dedicated professional office/gym space, and sun-drenched rooms that feel airy and expansive. We’ve also invested in high-end systems, including a 4th Gen Google Nest Learning Thermostat and a secure Yale keyless entry system, ensuring that while the home has historic soul, it functions with 21st-century precision. It’s the perfect 'home away from home' for those who value both character and convenience.
