This house was great for our growing family. Close to the beach and also walkable to Rosemary. My favorite spot was the front porch with four comfortable chairs. On a nice quiet street just across from the pool. I was able to watch my 1, 3(2), and 5 year old grandchildren play on the porch and in yard without any fear of traffic. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay at Soakin’ It Up with a total of 9 guests. Comfortable beds, clean & safe property, close enough to the beach. We rode the 4 bikes daily and used the grill and outdoor shower. Washer and dryer were large and worked great. Terrific location where we took lots of night walks and admired all the pretty landscaping and new homes, etc. Absolutely loved the 2 balconies with plenty of seating. Definitely recommend!

Overall we had a great stay. The location was definitely one of the best things about it. It's a very quiet, cobbled dead-end street. The pool is shared with only the few other houses on this street. The kitchen is very well stocked, including cooking and baking essentials and even a blender. The only I didn't like in the kitchen was that they only had Teflon pans and two cheap plastic spatulas. Non-toxic option would've been appreciated. There are tons of beach towels so don't bother bringing any of your own! Also, we didn't realize it came with a beach wagon, so we packed ours unnecessarily. There are beach chair, an umbrella and beach toys too. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was a tad smaller than it seemed in the photos but isn't it always that way? My poor parents had to get the tiny queen bed room with a Jack n Jill connected to the bunk room. This wasn't ideal but we made it work. The blackout shades in both bunk rooms was a real plus. I didn't like how they had a WiFi booster under the bunk bed (right where my toddler was sleeping) but I just unplugged it and the WiFi signal was still fine. Outside the large balconies were lovely but it would've been nice to have a better outdoor dining option on the first floor. There was a cheap plastic picnic bench on the back deck but it was filthy so we never used it. Contacting the host was very easy and they were eager to please.

Perfect location

Bikes and golf cart were a big plus. Nice quiet cul-de-sac. Internet and tv were touch and go.

The location was great; easy access to the beach and Rosemary. Having the bikes was wonderful to get around. There is not a Keurig, like the post says, but regular drip machine We had a slow draining shower and they came promptly to fix it. Only downside was no pantry. Not a lot of room to put the food.

This was a nice house, but the living area and kitchen were tight for a group of 10. There were no dressers in the rooms and that made it difficult for us since we stayed for a week and had to live out of our suitcases. The pool was perfect and just across the street.
