Our neighborhood is a quiet, coastal residential neighborhood in a very central location in the City of San Diego, which gives us quick access to everything there is to see and do in this City. We love being four blocks from the ocean, and two hours from the mountains and deserts.
We live in the main house, located across the yard from the studio. A private parking space off the alley gives you direct access to the studio. Inside the studio is very private.
We have a lovable Frenchie named Stevie who will likely want to greet you. If you are not dog fans, we will keep her away from the studio.

The Guesthouse is a 500+ square foot studio with hardwood floors, lots of windows, kitchen with a full fridge, two-burner induction cooktop, Breville oven with air fryer, and microwave. Zen bathroom with large shower. King bed with luxury linens. 55-inch Smart TV with full cable, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+ and Prime Video. The space is one room with a king bed and it’s a great set up for two adults. Studio opens to large deck with stunning ocean views.
