Beautiful Remodel & Spacious One Level

Remodeled and shows great! You will love this very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. You will enjoy the open floorplan that will accommodate all your guests to hang out for dinner, or watch your favorite movie together! It's clean, it's bright, and refreshing!

The location is amazing! Watch the sunset every night from the cliffs, which is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block!

This is a second floor unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very open and spacious floorplan with all 1100 sq feet on one level! Smell the Pacific Ocean in the air and listen to the waves crashing into the cliffs from the outside deck while enjoying the firepit! The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset! There is two off street parking spots right in front of the unit.

The location is wonderful, walking distance to dog beach, sunset cliffs and good food locations. The host was great. Even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The house was nice with a large family room and very comfortable u shaped couch. The master bed was comfortable. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay

Location was great, and we loved being able to walk to OB and Sunset Cliffs. It was also very easy to access all the other areas around San Diego that we visited. The condo was clean with some nice amenities. The host was very welcoming, and checked in several times prior to and during our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!!!! Stay here! Wonderful hosts!

I wish I could give a 10! This place is beautiful- perfect for two couples or a family. Everything was immaculate on our arrival. Large living room with a super comfortable sectional. The kitchen is large with high end finishes and fully equipped. . Mattresses are great with lovely bedding . Wonderful towels for both bath and beach. A great patio for morning coffee and afternoon wine. Super location.

The pleasure of Ocean Beach.

After several sub par vrbo/arbo vacations we finally hit the jackpot. We now know why our son loves it so much. We found Marc’s property close to son’s condo. Perfect layout! Clean & very comfortable. Cool May air had us using the decks fireplace and excellent family time. Sure hope available for next visit. Marc check in but we never needed him except to answer a few questions. Highly recommend this property. Bob S & family

Tennis tournament stay

We accompanied our daughter to a tennis tournament at the Barnes Tennis Center. This was a great location for going back and forth. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Marc was a good host and we highly recommend this rental.

Just perfect

Everything was just perfect. It has everythibg you would ever need. Homey but no clutter, spacious, super clean and updated. Honestly so comfortable. We had the best time. Property manager was super nice.

USD Visit

We had a very enjoyable trip to visit our daughter at USD. Marc was very responsive to questions and checking in was extremely easy. Detailed instructions for everything was provided prior to arrival. Parking at the unit was very easy. We only had one car and two spots are designated for the unit. Easy walk, approximately 10 minutes, to shops and restaurants in the Ocean Beach area . Very easy drive to the University of San Diego, Downtown San Diego, Airport, etc. Practically everything we wanted to do was no more than a 15 to 20 minute drive from the unit. The inside was very spacious and the bed in the master was very comfortable. The pictures shown are accurate representations of the interior. Everything in the unit was neat and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed to "eat in" if desired. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a place to call home base for a long weekend. If traveling with family, I would stay again. Only one very minor item to note about the AC. The AC mini split unit is in the living room and it works well to cool that area. If you are warm blooded, you may need to shut the BR door at night and open the SGD in the bedroom to get some cool evening air. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Très bel appartement fonctionnel et bien situé

Appartement très grand, propre , confortable et très bien équipé. À côté de la mer pour de magnifiques coucher de soleil mais un peu loin de la plage à pied. Très tranquille donc parfait pour le repos après une grosse journée de visite.

Perfect Getaway!

Marc's place is the perfect getaway! Property is exactly as described, perfect and roomy for 4 adults. The location is quiet and has more of a local feel, parking and access is easy, restaurants are just a short 15 minute walk. Perfect view of sunset is also just a short walk around the corner. Highly recommend!! We will be back, thank you Marc!

Super comfortable place to stay!

We stayed here with 3 adults and my 1.5 year old for a long weekend. The apartment is a great space! It was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great too. Right by the beach and a 10 min walk to downtown.

Lovely stay on Ocean Beach

Marc’s property was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our Christmas stay. Short walk to both “downtown” Ocean Beach and Sunset Cliffs.

OB Rental Space

A very centrally located property in the OB neighborhood. Very clean, and fairly quite - save for the overhead flights, which I fully expected. Having the assigned parking spaces was especially convenient. A very nice base from which to explore San Diego.

Awesome Accommodations!!

We really enjoyed out stay at this location. It was ideally located and allowed us to get around the city with ease. The accommodations were clean, quiet and very comfortable. Marc was so easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay here for any future visits to the San Diego area!

Wedding week.

Owner was responsive when contacted with any question. This unit is well situated for all the events of the week and just outside the busy area (Newport Ave). The unit was big and roomy well taken care of for my daughter wedding.
