Great villa

Loved the local. Very private and peaceful Well decorated. Better for families with kids. The spare bedroom upstairs needs a softer mattress but that would be my only suggestion. I love the cable access and we enjoyed walking to the pool for sunshine and a swim. Overall, wonderful. I recommend highly for golfers. This villa on 10 hole of Fazio. Drove to Disney House up the street for a day at the beach and rented an umbrella and chairs, wonderful

Golf view stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The trip started disappointingly at check-in. A cold welcome, missing voucher and no apology. Poor directions to the property followed. The house on entry was gorgeous. Well furnished, reeking of quality. But, the lounge and kitchen floors were filthy, our socks were dirty within minutes, the dining table had not been cleaned, it was covered in a white powder and the first floor shower did not drain fully, one was left standing in water whilst showering. The shower head sprayed water almost horizontally instead of vertically, which was pointed out to the handyman, but not fixed. The slow draining shower tray was however fixed. Lovely sized place, well kitted out and two ensuites, lot's of storage space. Assuming the issues we experienced are ironed out it is a lovely place to spend a few days Further issues with booking of the pickle ball court, we booked a court with the proshop face to face, but when we turned up, no booking was found. No immediate apology and a clear lack of empathy. Eventually a court was rebooked and an apology forthcoming. Food options for vegetarians anywhere within 30 minutes or so were minimal, absolutely fine for meat eaters.

They are always there right away to help with property issues. We had some problems with a smoke detector this year and they addressed it to my satisfaction.

Not completely renovated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely horrible. Upon walking into the home there was a smell of mold. The lights in the bathroom had spider webs. We checked in at night and the next morning we were able to gain a better perspective. The ceiling was cracked and what looked like mold spots where patch work had been done to try prepare several leaks. No way was this home renovated. The roof needs to be completely removed and new sheet rock replaced in the entire home and repainted along with treating for mold and mildew. Two of my family members left sick. My son has asthma and ended up going to his after hours pediatrician’s office after we came home. I would have requested my money be returned and tried to find something else but we were only there for 3 nights. Any longer and we would have left early.

Bugs and broken appliances

At first look the condo was beautiful but after the first night I was ready to leave. There were several broken appliances from the sink to the dryer and dishwasher. While the home appeared to be well refurbished there were so many little things that were wrong with it. Also we found dozens of insects during our stay both small and large. I was so paranoid about the bugs that I made my husband check the bed every night before sleeping. Lastly, the place was not cleaned well at all. There were several stains and crumbs on the dishes and we also found a used diaper under the bed. I encourage you to save your money and piece of mind and book elsewhere.
