This amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes, is just minutes from the beach. Beautiful hardwoods, gorgeous fixtures, and coastal décor grace this lovely villa. The screen porch is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. A gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar opens up to the dining and living area where large windows keep the space bright and airy. The bedrooms and bathrooms have a great beachy vibe and provide comfort and convenience. A side porch looking over the lagoon adds extra outside entertaining space as well. This villa is a wonderful home away from home at the beach.
* Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.
